you love to see johnny at work he dedicates so much time to his job that it's nice to see a lot of it paying off first hand but that doesn't necessarily mean you love his line of work it terrifies you it doesn't matter who's doing the stunt,
your heart will be pounding in your chest from start to finish and you can barely watch most of the time if someone gets hurt it sends your worry into overdrive and you're the first to call for a medic or run over to help Jeff once joked you're like a mother hen to all the guy seven if they're laughing through the pain you still panic you were the only one who had a smidge of sympathy for dave england when they made him jump off the back of that horse so many times but it's on another level when johnny's in the firing line you can't decide if it's worse being away from set and not knowing or being there to witness it well,
witness it from your hiding spot behind jeff's shoulder he knows if johnny's in front of the camera, he'll be sat behind it, and you'll be sat behind him clinging to his shoulder a lot of the guys think it's cute but they also think it's funny that you can't watch any of your boyfriends stunts until you absolutely know he's okay after 'don't look now y/n...''dude don't make it worse you know she worries!''...sorry y/n.'
if you aren't on set johnny censors what he shares with you about the days events he'll never admit to the full extent of his injuries anyway but you had to tell jeff not to call you unless it was really bad because if you saw his name flash up on your phone you'd assume the worst and go into panic mode when in reality jeff would be like 'meet us all at 7 we're heading to the bar.'
and you'd feel the relief flow through your body johnny can't help but admit he loves when you watch stunts together because you'll cling to his body for dear life he's the first to admit it's entirely selfish and he hates that you worry so much over all of them but he can live with it if you're burying your face into his neck to hide and he can hold you in his arms for the majority of the day when you visit he'll rub a hand up and down your back in attempts to comfort you.
and press soft kisses into your hairline but what he also knows is that your worry is multiplied by a million whenever he's up for a stunt and it almost makes him not want to do it almost you've told him time and time again that you can't and won't stop him from doing what he loves you just won't watch when it happens what you hate most is the bulls the toro totter was your own personal hell poor Steve-o could barley breathe after having you attached to his side through the whole thing as soon as johnny jumped out of the pen you were immediately checking over him for any injuries

he can't help but feel guilty when he sees you so worked up before one of his stunts once he caught sight of you taking your hiding place behind Jeff and it made his heart twinge he couldn't stand how anxious you looked so
he always makes sure to kiss you before he goes for a stuntand tells you he loves you a million times over before the cameras start rolling you always tell him you love himone time you ruined the audio of a shot because everyone could hear you shouting 'be safe! i love you!'
so now jeff gives you a nod when you can do your i love you'syou'll often be found curled up in johnny's lap after his stunts and he doesn't complain because the only thing that could make him forget his pain is you he hates to see you cry but sometimes it's unavoidable 'it's okay sweetheart, it's okay. see, i'm in one piece? i'm okay, i promise.'
for your sake he tries to have you on set when the stunts are pretty mild but someone screwed up the schedule once and you ended up witnessing the riot control test for once you had dave, ryan and bam on your side that it was fucking crazy'
