THE COURTIER
Third Person

The palace of Lockwood was everything but quiet this evening. Many of the maids have taken orders from Josephine who sweetly asks them to do orders of Arabella.

The palace was prepping for the newly engaged couple. Bridger and Serena whom have not made it to the prepping. Jaxson is following after his wife like a lost puppy, while Arabella tells the maids to fix the flowers to a different color.

Ugene Chesire is yelling at the guards, barking orders from them to make sure to stand tall at the entrance of the palace in case of intruders.

Josephine Castings can hear all of the commotion, and as Ugene passes her, he sends a smile- a smile that has her heart buzzing with happiness. She doesn't know why her body is reacting this way. Her sister has taken him, he is a forbidden man.

"Josephine, everything coming together alright?" Arabella breathes out, placing her hands upon her hips and Jaxson's eyes follow them and they darken.

Josephine's cheeks grow pink when he looks up, sharing a sweet smile. "Good evening, Josephine."

"Evening, your highness." She bows to his presence and he shakes his head, growing tired of telling everyone to not bow to him. It was a respectful thing to do, Josephine thought.

"I believe Serena will love the outcome," Josephine shared with Arabella.

She looks around, confused and she exclaims. "Where is Serena?!"

Tucked away in a spare room alone upstairs, clothes are sprawled everywhere as moans fill the room. Two naked bodies are pressed against each other, and love is being made to each other.

Serena sits on top of Bridger whom groans, wishing to never leave this room. Serena's engagement ring sparkles in the sunlight, as they have let their balcony doors open, letting the warm breeze over their bodies.

"Why can't we just get married through Jaxson, and let it be? We can hurry for our honeymoon, and I can finally have you to myself," Bridger exclaims, whispering against her lips when she breathes against him.

Serena's breasts poke against Bridger's naked chest, and she gasps at his words. Offended that he did not wish for a wedding to celebrate the two. "Do you not wish to celebrate us? After everything we have been through?"

"I do, but I wish for you more," he replies.

Her heart swells, she pulls away, caressing his toned face. "I wish for a wedding," she whispers.

"And a wedding you shall have," he breathes against her lips, slipping his tongue between those lips of hers, causing both of them to moan. They could not get enough of each other.

"Serena! Bridger! You must make haste," Arabella's voice thrills through the walls of the palace and causes the couple to sigh.

They fix themselves, taking their merry little time and walk hand in hand down the steps to meet a furious Queen.

"Here we are prepping for your wedding and where are the two of you hiding away?"

Jaxson wraps his arms around his wife's waist, tucking his against his body. "Love, they are barely married. Let them have their moments together."

"When you speak of such you remind me of mother, but please do continue," Serena teases, which has Arabella's face reddened. Her heels beat against the floor, escaping from the two that are causing her head to pound.

"Josephine, where shall I take these decorations?" A maid that Josephine had recently helped with her hand comes up to her, asking with a huge basket of decorations that held delicate things.
