-♡︎Scarlett♡︎-

Fuming, I stormed into Claire's house, pushing past people until I was in the safety of the living room.

Patrick had interrupted my make out session with Luke and then actually beat the shit out of him.

It wasn't fucking fair. He was making out with a girl ten minutes prior but the second I do he goes batshit.

Double fucking standards.

I searched around for Claire who was dancing with my brother like a maniac.

Yeah, no chance I interrupt that.

Searching for any other familiar faces, my eyes landed on Katie who was seated on the couch with a gorgeous blonde.

Pushing through more drunk people I reached the couch and plopped down beside Katie.

"Hey!" I smiled, turning towards her.

"Hey, Scar," She smiled back, "I didn't know you were here."

"Yeah. I was occupied," I blushed.

Katie raised her brows but didn't push me to speak, she instead gestured to the blonde and said, "Have you met my friend Aoife?"

"No, I haven't," I smiled at the blonde, who was honestly the most beautiful girl I'd ever seen.

"Aoife, this is Scarlett. Gibsie's sister and Claire's best friend," Katie introduced me.

"It's nice to meet you," I waved.

"You too. I'm Joeys girl-, I'm Joey's friend," She cleared her throat, "You know, Shannon's brother."

"Oh right! Yeah, I've heard about you," I nodded.

Looking back to the dance floor, I cringed at the sight of my brother lying flat on his back singing into an imaginary microphone with Claire straddling his lap.

"Oh my god," I groaned, leaning my head back on the couch.

"Uh-oh," Katie snickered, "Hughie's going to freak."

I watched as Hughie stormed over to the pair, Claire waving her brother away and Gerard practically ignoring Hughie all together.

"Oh crap," Katie groaned, making me turn back to her.

"What?" Aoife asked for me, "He's hardly going to lose it over his sister dancing with his buddy."

"Not him," Katie frowned, pointing towards the kitchen, "Him."

With confusion bubbling in my stomach, I looked to where she was pointing to see Shannon's older brother standing in the kitchen.

Why this was a big deal, I had no idea.

"Oh my god," Aoife gasped, "What's he doing here? Katie, what is he doing here?"

Okay, what is going on right now.
I'm clearly missing something.

"I don't know," Katie choked out, "I have no idea."
