Jungkook pov

Even though it's been two days since I took such a bold initiative with her, I couldn't take my mind off it because that was a stepping stone in our budding relationship. I tried my level best to convey that I'm into her and trying to break my bubble of insecurities when it comes to her because lately I have been too conscious about my surroundings and behavior which turned me into a man of stone heart, but only I know the way I had to control myself because her scent and the proximity made me so dizzy that all I could think of was to feel the moment with her even if that means I had to kiss her.

I gulped down my building desire and focused at the system placed on my lap as I opened the mail sent by Nayna regarding today's work.

The moment I opened the mail, I could see Bam pacing into my room. He jumped across the bed and settled himself near to me as he leaned onto the screen. I couldn't help but chuckle because lately, whenever I sit on my bed with my laptop, he would accompany me thinking that I'm simping over Nayna's photos again and again which in a way is true because once I came back from my parent's I brought the old pen drives with me and saved all of our photos in my personal laptop and going through them have become my habit which is my only driving force to get back with her.

I couldn't help but pat his head as I asked, "I wonder how can you sense it whenever I'm down on my bed peacefully enjoying and watching the photos of Nayna. Seriously dude! You're making it impossible for me these days. But, today it's her mail. "

He wagged his tail and looked ecstatic at me even after me putting an accusation on my pet.

Whatever he's the only one who's making me feel home these days. He looks so sleepy but still chose to be up for me. I couldn't help but pat his head as I said, "Bam, you should get some good sleep. Then only you can perform well at your training centre. Go! "

As a good obedient dog he is, he stood on his fours, seriously he's really as big as me and jumped down from the bed. He paced out of my room and from a far, I could see that he settled himself on his bed and is looking into my direction. Seriously those big brown chocolate eyes holds the purity!
I smiled at him and proceeded to read the mail.

Next morning

Feeling so cold, I pulled up the duvet close to my upper naked body because in this coldness all my mind and body needed was a good sleep. But suddenly it hit me that I have work today. I opened my eyes in a jiff and checked the time only to realize that I'm an hour late than usual. I almost threw my duvet away and looked outside because even though it's 7.00 AM now, it looked as if the sun hasn't risen because it was raining heavily and was so dark.

Rainy Mornings always makes me moody and lazy but the simple thought of meeting her today is something that made me jump out of my bed and be ready for the work. Today I don't think I can work out because I'm already late by an hour. So I made my way towards the bathroom for freshening up myself and be presentable for the day.

I know it's not good to skip the breakfast, since I was left with no other option, I left for work on an empty stomach after leaving the wage of the maid at the dining table because I will be away for two days at the weekend for a get together with Taehyung and others. I have been waiting for this reunion since a long time and finally when we are having one, I couldn't help but feel happy. I may not be good with my dry personality because the brightness I had back then have been dimming to the point that I'm thrown to the dark.

I don't know how will I conduct myself when I meet them and this thing have been eating me up. I might act as a jerk or give replies which can even question my friendship with them and the worst part is I don't have a grip on me either.
All of my negativities consume me, making me contemplate if I should be at the reunion or not.
