" Hey " Elio said, a bit confused but excited, Nari smiled into the phone " Hey, I was just wondering what you were doing " She asked subtly, slapping Noah's hand as he tried to touch a amulet from a stand, she shook her head and pulled him away.

" I'm at Rousseau's trying my best not to murder this bastard in front of me " Elio snapped and then muttered something in Spanish that Nari couldn't quite hear " Why? " he seemed curious.

Nari and Noah began to make their way to Rousseau's and she gave a gentle laugh " You're so curious for no reason, I'll call you later " She hung up the phone as they stopped in front of the bar.

The two walked into the bar, Nari's eyes looked everywhere before it landed on Elio, he was sitting in a booth across from a man who looked fearful, her lips curved and the two walked closer, now able to hear their conversation " Just tell your king that if he comes anywhere near my father again, I will eradicate every vampire in New Orleans " Elio snapped before standing up, the minute he turned, his eyes laid on Nari and she grinned at spreading her arms out.

Elio laughed loudly and couldn't help but rush her to her wrapping her in his arms practically swinging her around, Noah stepped back so he wouldn't be hurt, he observed them, if he hadn't known how close they were, he'd label their friendship not a friendship but a romantic relationship, Vivian had told him that the two acted very weird one another, it was like they were boyfriend and girlfriend, especially when they playfully flirted with one another but they were purely platonic, even when they kissed one another, it was their first kiss for the both of them and they didn't want their first kiss to be horrible with others and they decided to be horrible together.

Noah smiled, his cheekbone flushed " Well I do my best " He mockingly bowed gaining a laugh from both Nari and Elio " So why were you threatening that vampire? " Noah asked as they headed out of the bar and unbeknownst to them, the vampire who had been Elio had taken a picture of them sending it to the king.

Elio poked his tongue against his inner cheek annoyed, he had his arm around Nari's shoulder " Marcellus keeps harassing my father " Elio replied with an annoyed tone, Nari's eyes hardened " What? " she said with a serious tone, Santiago Reyes was a gentle man, she adored him as if he was her own father and to find out that's one idiotic king was messing with him made her angry and very murderous.

" Maybe I can have a word with this king " Nari said, and a smirk crawled on Elio's lips.

" Okay— " Noah said stepping in front of them " How about we breathe and relax, okay? Good. We should make a plan before you two decide to wage war against the king " he made quotation marks around king.
