Jenna gave a small shrug, her lips curling into a soft smile " It's for a good cause and plus you know I'm a sucker for the masquerade ball " Vivian laughed softly, grinning " oh yeah, I remember " Vivian grinned referring to Jenna's theater performances in school, Jenna laughed softly shaking her head.

The two girls weren't friends in high school, they had different friends groups, though a lot like Elena and Nari, they'd normally see each other because of Mason as Mason was close friends with Jenna.

Tyler and Matt walked in holding a mahogany table which got bumped into the wall " Boys! Be careful, that table is from the eighteen hundreds, don't make me call your mom, Tyler " Vivian said as Noah and Elio walked behind them laughing gently " And you two, what are you two doing, oh I'll tell you, nothing! If you two don't help Tyler and Matt, I will ground you until you two are married with kids! "

Tyler and Matt snickered softly as Noah gasped in horror, Elio placed his hand on Noah's shoulder " She wouldn't! You wouldn't! " Elio gasped, Noah shook his head in denial, Vivian smirked at the two kids " I would and Nathaniel would back me up so help them "

Noah and Elio huffed before going over to the two boys, and grabbing the table as well, Vivian looked over at Jenna " I need to go make sure they don't fuck everything up " Vivian said before going after them.

Jenna walked into the other room seeing Stefan " Stefan, hey " She greeted smiling at him.

" Hey " Stefan replied smiling, a chair in his hand " I'm cooking dinner tonight. Rick will be there, you should come" Jenna said.

Stefan opened his mouth looking away slightly " Oh, um.. you know Elena and I, we're kind of taking a.. a pause " He said shrugging softly.

" Really? " Jenna titled her said innocently at him.

" Yeah " Stefan replied.

Jenna looked at her, lips quirking " ' Cause that's snot what it sounded like this morning " She said, Stefan's eyebrows raised in surprise " Light sleeper " she added teasingly, Stefan opened his mouth and cleared his throat " I uh, I need to get back to Nari before she threatens to slam a chair over my head " Stefan said giving her a tight lipped smile and grabbing the chair before walking off.

A smile of amusement graced his lips when he heard Nari's voice " No, no no, absolutely no, do I need to say it in another language? " Nari said annoyance filling her voice, he watched as she glared at guy, poor guy, Stefan thought, he placed the chairs down and walked over " How about we breathe? " Stefan said standing in front of Nari who pursed her lips and roller her eyes at him, he turned around and looked at the guy " how about you leave? I'll handle this " the guy immediately nodded and left them.

She clicked her tongue and gave him a look " What? I wasn't going to kill him " She told him and Stefan chucked lowly nodded " If you say so. Think you think about what I told you? About the college? Art? "

Nari shifted and she titled her head " I don't need your money, Stefan— " He shook his head and stepped forward " It's not about money. It's about your passion, Nari. You love art, I've seen your work, I have your work on my wall and I know you know a lot about art and I know that being a doctor isn't your passion " She placed her hands on her hips and slightly twisted her hip a little " Money is better than a passion " She told him and his eyes softened.
