Smoking cigarettes on the roof
You look so pretty and I love this view
Don't bother looking down
We're not going that way
At least I know, I am here to say

-

Looking at the stars
Admiring from afar

My girl, my girl, my girl
You will be my girl

My girl, my girl, my girl
You will be my world

My world, my world, my world

You will be my girl

Rory~

KIE wasn't kidding when she said she had the day planned.

Minus John B, of course. He was holed up in the Chateau, moping around after our fight, still nursing whatever wounded pride he had left after we screamed into each other's faces. We hadn't spoken since last night, not a word. Not even a glance. It was weird, uncomfortable even, but I wasn't going to be the one to break first.

If he wanted to act like a baby, that was on him. He knows what he's done is wrong, but he just won't admit it.

So today, it was just me, JJ, Pope, Carter, and Kie, heading into town to grab some breakfast at our the new café.

JJ was in full charm mode, of course, trying to weasel his way out of the punishment I'd so lovingly bestowed upon him this morning. The whole 'no kissing, no touching' rule was starting to feel like more of a punishment for me than it was for him, but I wasn't going to let him know that. He could suffer a little longer.

"Hey, princess," JJ drawled as he sat beside me, slinging his arm around my shoulder before I quickly shrugged him off. "You sure you don't want to kiss me good morning? It's already, like, nine. Might as well get it out of the way."

"Not a chance, pretty boy. Rule still stands." I rolled my eyes, crossing my arms over my chest as we made our way down the street in the Twinkie that Carter drove.

JJ groaned, running a hand through his messy blonde hair. "You're really gonna make me go a whole day without so much as a peck?"

I shrugged, pretending to be unbothered, even though, deep down, the thought of not kissing him all day was starting to gnaw at me. "You'll survive. You're a tough guy, right?"

"I'm not sure I'll make it, honestly," JJ said, throwing in some dramatic flair, clutching his chest like he was in physical pain. "This could be the end of me." he pouted.

"Oh, shut up," Kie chimed in, from the passenger seat ahead of us. "You two are worse than an old married couple. Just give her space, JJ."

He shot Kie a grin. "You're just jealous 'cause you don't have someone who wants to kiss you all the time."
