22. Why did you snub Hailey?😡

HAILEY'S POV

I stood in front of Jayden's house, the house is large and looks beautiful. The typical wealthy man's home. I readjust my floral flay dress and rubbed my hand on my hair to force it straight. I gently pressed the doorbell and after some seconds someone came to open the door. I took in her features, she was a pretty young woman who looked in her early thirties. I guess she's Jayden's sister? Or maybe his mum because they had a striking resemblance.

"Good day ma" I greeted in my most polite voice.

"Good day love, how may I help you?" She asked with a cute smile. She's nice. Just then I heard Jayden's voice.

"She's the girl I told you about" he says to her and she had a wide grin on her face. What the hell did he tell her about me?

"Oh my dear! You're just so cute. You're welcome to my home dearie. Get yourself comfortable okay"

"Thanks alot ma'am" I said with a smile following her inside while Jayden shut the door behind us.

"You must be Hailey right?" She asks and I nodded. "I'm Tiara, Jayden's mum" she added.

Wow. She's just so young and pretty. And I must confess Jayden got her good looks from her. She smiles all unlike her annoying hot son.

Shit! Did I just call Jayden's hot... Hailey!🙆

"Nice to meet you ma" I replied with a smile matching hers.

"Hailey!!!" Molly screamed with a wide grin on her face. She jumped on me for a hug and I almost lost my balance.

"My Adol!" I called her bringing her down with a smile not leaving my face. I felt Jayden's hot gaze on me.

"Mummy she's the cutie I told you about" she said to her mum dragged me with her.

"Ohh Hailey dear, Molly has told me a whole lot about you. I think I like you already" she said with a chuckle.

"Aww" I cooed.

Molly dragged me to her room, showing me her Disney cartoons and toys. She showed me her hoodies we ended up talking about Disney princesses before Jayden's interrupted when he walked in. I bought my face up to look at him.

"The library is downstairs" he said to me.

"That's where we'll do the assignment right?" I asked but he snubbed me, he stared at me for a while and I let one a sigh.

"Why did you snub Hailey?" Molly asked out of the blue, I tried to hold back my laughter when I saw the horrified look on his face.

"I didn't..."

"You did!" She yelled at him. Wow! That was extreme. She then stood up from the bed and walked up to him, she looked into his eyes and grinned.

"Do you like my Hailey?" He whispered to him but I heard it though. Why would you think that? I asked myself, Jayden asked her the same though.

"I just felt like it" she shrugged and I laughed so hard.

"Molly we'll be right back okay? Let's do our project together then I'll spend the rest of my time with you. You like that right?" She nodded with a smile.

"That's my baby" I said to annoy her.

"I'm not a baby" she said almost immediately and I shook my head while sticking my tongue at her. I heard Jayden chuckle. I followed him to the supposed library, the place was so cool with a very wide but long shelf that had books filled. There were two round tables that had two chairs each.

"How do you manage to turn my sister against me" he asked and I laughed

"Next time you don't snub me" I smirked.

"Wareva" he muttered.

We started solving the questions. We were almost done with solving then I decided to check my phone. I saw Drake's message so we started chatting. I blushed at intervals and chuckled most times.

"Can't you just stop the noise?" He muttered and I looked at him amused.

"I can't. Drake is just so funny" I chuckled again and I saw his jaw clench.

"You're seriously going on a date with Drake?" He asked and I looked up from my phone at him. He was staring at me and I just love those Hazel green eyes.

"Why not?"

"He's a Playboy" he added.

"He's not so bad" I said nonchalantly.

"You don't even like him" he blurted out and I raised my eyebrows at him, I wish I could raise just one at a time though.

"Who told you that?" I asked with a slightly annoyed tone and he scoffed.

"I know. I don't need a prophet to tell me"

"Well news flash Mr Jayden, I like Drake. Stop being silly" I added.

He looked at me and I don't even know what's going on on his mind but I don't care by the way. I completed my questions and he rounded up his too.

"I'll have to be on my way now" I said with a giggle still typing on my phone.

"I need to shop for something sexy for Drake" I added.
