Tickles

Quick A/N: This originated from a chapter in my Ronance one-shots book. This one has been modified, of course.

No One's POV:

Lately, El has been noticing something different. Her girlfriend, Max, was seemingly acting a bit... off. By that, she's been acting suspicious for a few days. El didn't think it was anything at first, but it kept going for a bit, and she came to the conclusion that Max had a secret.

Well, one day, El wanted to see if she could find out if Max actually was hiding something. She tried to think of a way to get her to talk, then she remembered something: Max was ticklish. El knew that Max couldn't fight back against being tickled, so she decided to use tickling to make Max talk. But to do that, she'd have to trick her.

El called Max and told her that she had something special for her, but in order for Max to know what it was, she'd have to come to El's house to see. Max was a bit confused at first, but decided to go for it. She excitedly said she'd be right over, then they exchanged "I love yous" and the conversation ended.

Max biked the whole way to El's house. She went a little faster than usual due to being so excited to see what that "something special" was that El had for her. The best part was that El was currently alone at the moment. Little did Max know, what El had for her was not what she thought it was.

When Max reached El's house, she hopped off her bike and ran to the front door and knocked. The door opened, and Max was expecting to see her girlfriend standing there smiling at her, but to her surprise, there was no one there. In that time, it didn't cross her mind that El was the one that caused the door to open on its own. Max stepped inside and closed it.

Max: "Hello? El? Are you here? It's Max. I'm here for my 'something special' now.'"

She smiled at that last bit. She slowly walked across the floor in case she started to hear movement, but she heard nothing. She inched closer to El's room, slowly getting nervous about what might jump out at her. The door was open. She looked inside, but El's room appeared empty.

Max: "El... you in here?"

Max slowly walked in and looked around to find El, but then, the door immediately shut behind her, and El was shown to be hiding behind it the whole time.

El: "Boo!"

Max quickly turned around, nearly scared out of her mind.

Max: "Jesus fuck, El! You scared me."

Max sat on El's bed to try to catch her breath. Suddenly, she heard a click sound. She looked up and saw that El had locked the door. Max was a bit surprised.

Max: "El, honey...? W-what are you doing?"

El pretends to innocently giggle.

El: "Just preparing to give you my surprise, silly."

Max: "Oh... good. I can't wait to see what it is."

El didn't say anything after that, but she did however get on top of the bed and pin Max down so she wouldn't escape. El held Max's arms above her own head. Max's breath was starting to get a little heavy.
