Kj and Alex looked at Luke, visibly surprised by his sudden arrival. It confused the both of them—even more by the fact that his Alpha wasn't with him. Alex was the first to speak,

"(M/n)'s friend? What...are you doing here?"

The pink haired Omega ignored the blood and such on the Alpha's clothing as he spoke, knowing the Alpha was a Don—he knew it was the norm around here. He sighed,

"Sorry for the intrusion, but I'm here for (M/n)'s belongings! After he went missing for a few days, me and Vince went to his house; and when we got there, all of his stuff was gone!" He sighed, "I'm sorry to assume that it's your doing, but I have no other leads. It might've been robbed off him after he went missing, but I'm certain that it's your doing."

"Is...he with you...now?" Alex asked Luke. He ignored everything that the punk haired Omega asked for when he heard (M/n)'s name. His instincts flaring a bit to see the Omega again, probably because of their abrupt departure.

Luke sighed, "No, he's not with me; I came by myself. Even if he was with me, I'm sure he wouldn't want to see you."

The sentence broke Alex's heart, mostly cause it was probably true. The Alpha in him didn't want to believe what his heart did, forcing a small growl out of him. Alex covered his mouth with his hand since he almost bared his canines, averting his gaze from Luke cause of pure shame for having so little control over himself, "Y—Yeah...you're probably right...I did...scare him."

Kj looked at Alex, a frown on his face. He knew Alex was in shambles, crumbling at any mention of the Omega—or even the memory.

Kj sighed before he spoke, "You're here for his belongings?" Kj rhetorically asked to swerve the conversation back to its origin. He placed his hand on his hips, "Yeah, we have them. We took them immediately after he hesitantly agreed to give Alex a chance. I can get them back for you. Just wait here for a moment." The Alpha said before walking away, looking back at Alex once more before fully committing.

This left Luke and Alex alone, both of them had refused to make eye contact with one another. The air was thick, awkward.

"W—would you like to come in and wait?" Alex asked, gaze still averted.

"No, I'm good with standing out here."

"Ah, I see..." Alex looked down before he took a deep breath, "Uh, if it's not much trouble..."

Alex started his next sentence but stopped, he was hesitant. A blush of embarrassment grew on his face as he rubbed the back of his neck.

Luke quirked his brow in interest as he looked at the Alpha, waiting patiently for what he was about to say. Alex took a few more moments after releasing another breath,

"Can you...please tell him that I'm sorry?"

Alex finally said, a noticeable crack of voice in his tone. Luke was a bit surprised, but he didn't show it in his expression. He stayed silent to let Alex continue his apology.

"I know...he doesn't want to see me, s—so I can't apologize to him without him being scared of me. I know an apology doesn't mean shit, especially since the word is so easy to say without meaning. But, I want him to know that...I never meant to do anything to hurt him. Him and his daughter are the highlights of my life, even if we only spent a day or two together. It made me feel nice...seeing their warm smiles..."

As surprising as it was, Luke couldn't help but see it, the sincerity in Alex's eyes. He spoke nothing but the truth, no I'll intent or aggression to be seen anywhere.
