Alicia was in her room, crying and feeling traumatized by the influx of people at the compound. She saw the news that Risa had denied their relationship, even though they were clearly together in the picture. Risa also claimed that Alice was just her friend, which hit Alicia hard.
"She denied it even though at the very last moment, she was honest with everything, but still, she denied me," Alicia said, having a mental breakdown. Her sister Rina comforted her and stayed by her side.
"Maybe there's a reason why she denied you, Ate, maybe it's for you too," Rina said calmly while rubbing Alicia's back.
"Maybe, but still, that is not acceptable, Rina. We love each other. I know she loves me; I can see it-"
"But Ate-"
"Maybe you're right, Rina, there might be a reason, and that is to clear everything up. I'm ready to forget. She did it again, and now I'm even more determined to keep our children safe," Alicia said, deactivating all her accounts to cut off any connection with them. She also blocked Risa's phone number and hid the phone she used in the city, buying another one.

Risa deactivated her account, and many were saddened by what happened. She decided to focus on her career and move on from everything. She dedicated herself to her business and her role as Mayor.
"Mayor, sorry, but did you see this?" Ate Gie showed a picture of Alicia. "She passed the board examination and is now a licensed Psychometrician." Risa smiled upon hearing this. She was happy for Alicia and, despite not being together in the end, was glad that Alicia achieved success.

Marco couldn't come to the house because he had to attend to family business, so he went downstairs alone.
"Ahhhh," he felt sharp pain in his abdomen, as if being cut from the inside. "Awhhhh, it hurts," he cried out in pain, sitting on the stairs and noticing white liquid followed by blood flowing down his leg. "Oh my God, Rina!!!!???? Help," he screamed when he saw it. The pain was so intense it felt like he might die at that moment. Hans was the first to come to him and saw his sister bleeding.
"Kuya, Ate is about to give birth," Alicia heard everyone's shock and they quickly went to Risa on the stairs while Maris and Rina went into the room to get the bag they prepared for the hospital.
"Aghhhhhh..... It hurts..... Ahhhhhhhh," she lifted her head, trying to endure the pain, but it was unbearable, her whole body shaking from the agony. Litch and Hans quickly carried their sister to the car and rushed her to the hospital.

In the quiet hospital, Alicia lay on the delivery room bed, breathing deeply and trying to calm herself. She was alone in the room-only the medical staff were with her. The time for delivery was near, and she could feel the strong contractions, like waves of pain growing stronger.
