It always goes like this
The story starts and ends the same
recurring temporal happiness
It comes at a cost
Being happy for a time
Being sad forever after
"The faces you care so much about"
"Practically forgotten"
That's what he says
The reason they're all gone
The reason they all leave
Is it because of me??..
"I'll never leave you"
"I'll never abandon you"
I cannot tell you how many times I've heard
And seen
These very lines
And here I am
Where are they??..
"The wound's already been made"
When I decide im gonna think of me
Putting me first
Some relaxation, some ease
Not everyone can be helped
It's not my place to help
I can't always fix things
"I've been put in the crossfire of another one of your storms once again"
Huh
How did it end up like this
How am I the selfish one
For thinking of me
This feeling continually grows
And I can't take it anymore
There is this immense, intense
Looming feeling
This emptiness grows
