"I'm sorry!" I handed Mr. Hiroshi a packet of candy and bowed. "I'm sorry for everything that happened with Yukio and running away and being a stupid person in general please forgive me!"
I stared at Mr. Hiroshi's confused face. He was sitting there, typing on his computer and stirring around his rice when I interrupted him. My hands started becoming sweaty when Mr. Hiroshi just stared at me and the packet of candy without saying anything.
"Thank...you..." He replied awkwardly, taking the candy. "You know, what happened wasn't your fault. We just have a shity tracking system." He said, returning to typing on his computer.
"Is that what you're doing right now?" I asked, peering into his computer. "Fixing the tracking device?"
"Yeah...I'm trying to make it more sensitive and less fragile so it doesn't break that easily."
"Oh. Have you tested it?"
"Yeah, I'm trying to perfect it now."
"Where?"
"One in my plasma ring, one in Yukio's ring, two for the upcomers, one in Yukio's sword-" Hiroshi suddenly stopped and looked at me.
"Is something wrong?" I asked.
"No...no...no, nothing's wrong...wait..." I stared at Mr. Hiroshi as he typed on the computer. I stared at him curiously. "Haruto, can you leave for just a second? I need to check something by myself."
I shrugged and left the room. That interaction sure was strange. I sighed. At least Mr. Hiroshi isn't mad at me anymore.
