Damian dies, forgets his life and in death becomes anointed as Phantom's Knight by the Ancient and Keeper of Time.

He's been given the name Deimos in honor of his duty - the personification of Terror. The previous Fright Knight had sworn his afterlife to Pariah Dark; it only stood to reason another took his place with Phantom seizing the Crown.

"You already know how to inspire fear and wield amany weapons necessary to protect the one linked to the well-being of the Realms and its future." Clockwork spoke with a young appearance.

"I will not disappoint you, Sire."

"I know you won't. You are far more loyal and compassionate than has been acknowledged in your life. Your deed to the realms will be known until the end of Time and you shall be the Ancient of the Night, following your masters domain."

Deimos thus bows low in honor of his responsibilities and acknowledgement of his titles.

Upon introducing himself to his Liege, the Prince of the infinite Realms, his name bears another meaning: "Deimos? Isn't that the name of a moon of Mars?"

...Aaah, he'd been told of the other's co-obsession with Space, a trait yet to fully manifest and develop beyond his Haunt's senses. Truly, it is a well-fit for the Past-and-Future King of the Infinite Realms, Clockwork's suitable equal in power.

"I had not been aware of that meaning. Thank you for enlightening me." He briefly wonders if Clockwork intended it as such? Or had it been his name all along?

The boy in a red beret,  -ancientpharaoh- an advisor of his King, spoke up "Dude, you talk very formally."

Deimos quirks a brow in turn. "As he is of higher status, it is only right to address him so."

The other, a girl -futurewitch- favored by Undergrowth, the Ancient of Nature, replied: "What century are you from? Fright Knight didn't have an apprentice."

Deimos turned to her, accepting of her assessment "He does not. I bested him in combat and was given the Soul Shredder at the end of my training last month. I am..." He frowned "Can I get a newspaper?"

Danny pulled out his phone "Just tell us what you wanna look up, it's easier than looking for a magazine nowadays."

Deimos was quiet, taking in their newspaper-less surroundings. They were at a park, and it was quite empty. Another reason Lord Clockwork chose to introduce him to his Master here and now. "Very well... In what year did the Wayne Enterprise building in Gotham get seized by the Riddler and blown up?"

Danny suddenly dropped his phone and Deimos was quick to snatch up the object; it was important to the other, essential in daily life. Holding it out the other quickly grabbed it with slightly sweaty hands.

Manson is the one who asks him, and her tone is stilted with a wary undertone "Wait, you're from Gotham?"

He nods in assent "Immigrant, but I had been there for a few years while alive due to family ties."

Foley winces, despite having no visible injuries. "Must've been difficult. That place is basically a no-man's-land."

Deimos tilts his head, considering the statement and his response. "I do not know as I don't remember my past living arrangements, it occurs depending on the extent of death. Lord Clockwork has told me what I know now. Also, I believe it's hypocritical to say so considering the same is true for Amity Park."

Danny nods, understanding some of his circumstances. The details of his own death elude him beyond where, when and who. "Ah, yeah, some ghosts don't remember their life beyond their death and obsession." His tone drops a few octaves with the nearby surroundings, intent and claim coming through the human facade as fangs glint dully with his own reflection "Though, if you're gonna stick around, you can't go hurting the humans-"
