The excitement of Georgie's album release had barely settled before she found herself thrown into the whirlwind of tour preparations. It was everything she had dreamed of—her own tour, headlining across the country, playing to sold-out crowds. But there was one thing dampening her excitement: the constant ache of missing Morgan.

It had been a couple of weeks since his surprise visit for her album launch, and while their FaceTime calls and texts helped ease the distance, it wasn't the same.

Georgie felt his absence in everything—late nights in the studio, mornings spent rehearsing, and the long days of prepping for her tour without him by her side.
Her manager, Anna, had noticed the shift. Georgie's usual energy was dulled, and while she was still giving her all, there was a heaviness to her that hadn't been there before.

"You doing alright?" Anna asked one afternoon, after a particularly grueling rehearsal.

Georgie shrugged, trying to shake off the weight that had been sitting on her shoulders. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just tired, I guess."

Anna gave her a knowing look. "You're missing him, aren't you?"

Georgie sighed, running a hand through her hair. "Yeah. It's hard, you know? I thought I'd be able to handle the distance better, but I just feel... off without him."

Anna nodded thoughtfully. "You're not the first person to struggle with this. Touring is tough enough, but when you're in a relationship with someone who's also on the road? That's a whole other challenge."

Georgie looked up, her eyes searching Anna's face. "What am I supposed to do? We're both doing what we love, but it feels like we're never in the same place at the same time."

A smile tugged at the corner of Anna's lips. "Actually, I've been thinking about that. I had a little chat with Morgan's team, and we might be able to work something out."

Georgie blinked, sitting up straighter. "What do you mean?"

"Well, you're both on tour, right? But your shows don't always overlap. What if we worked the schedules so that you're in the same cities, just on different nights? That way, even though you're both performing, you'd still get to be with each other during the off days."

Georgie's eyes lit up, a surge of hope rushing through her. "Wait, are you serious? We could do that?"

Anna nodded, pulling out her phone. "I've been working on it. Your shows and Morgan's are in different cities now, but we can adjust the routing a bit to make sure you're hitting the same places around the same time. And the best part? Morgan's tour finishes a few weeks before yours, so once he's done, he can join you for the last leg of your tour."

Georgie felt the weight lift off her chest, her heart racing with excitement. "Anna, you're a genius. How soon can we make this happen?"

Anna smiled, already typing out a message. "I'll get it sorted today. You just focus on rehearsals, okay?"

That night, Georgie couldn't wait to tell Morgan the news. She FaceTimed him after rehearsals, her face lighting up the moment his appeared on the screen.

"Hey, beautiful," Morgan said, smiling as he leaned back against the pillows of his hotel bed. "How was rehearsal?"

"Good," Georgie said, her voice bubbling with excitement. "But that's not the best part of my day. I've got news."

Morgan raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh yeah? What's going on?"

Georgie grinned, practically bouncing with excitement. "Anna's been working with your team, and guess what? They're adjusting our schedules so that we'll be in the same cities during the tour. Our shows are on different nights, but we'll actually get to see each other."
