Wonwoo's heart raced as he dialed Seungcheol's number, praying he would answer quickly. After a few tense rings, it went to voicemail, and Wonwoo felt a wave of panic.

"Come on, hyung, please pick up!" he whispered urgently.

Finally, after a few missed calls, Seungcheol answered, groggy but alert. "Wonwoo? It's the middle of the night. What's wrong?"

"Hyung! It's Mingyu. He's really sick-he's in a lot of pain, and I don't know what to do!" Wonwoo's voice trembled with urgency. "I think we need to take him to the hospital."

"What?!" Seungcheol's tone shifted from sleepy to alarmed. "What do you mean? What's happening?"

"His stomach... it hurts so badly, and he's burning up with fever. He's crying for help," Wonwoo explained, glancing at Mingyu, who was curled up in pain. "Please hyung, can you come over? I need help."

"I'll be right there. I'll just wake up Jeonghan and Joshua, and we'll go. Just hang in there, okay? We'll be there as fast as we can," Seungcheol reassured him, the urgency clear in his voice.

As Wonwoo hung up, he looked back at Mingyu, who was still shivering and whimpering. "They're on their way, Mingyu. Just hold on for me, okay?"

"M-make it stop h-hyung, please..." Mingyu pleaded, tears streaming down his cheeks. "It hurts so much."

"I know, I know. Just keep breathing. They'll be here soon," Wonwoo said softly, rubbing Mingyu's back gently, wishing he could take away the pain.

Moments later, Seungcheol, Jeonghan, and Joshua burst through the door, eyes wide with concern.

"What's going on?" Seungcheol asked, rushing over to Mingyu's side.

"Mingyu's in a lot of pain. He's burning up, and I don't know what's happening!" Wonwoo explained, his voice strained.

"Mingyu! Can you hear me?" Jeonghan said, kneeling beside him. "What hurts?"

"Lower right... it's so bad h-hyung..." Mingyu gasped, curling tighter into himself.

"Okay, stay with us. We'll help you," Joshua said, his voice steady despite the worry in his eyes. "Can you try to sit up for us?"

"I... I can't h-hyung," Mingyu whimpered, his voice barely above a whisper.

Seungcheol exchanged worried glances with the others. "We need to get him to the hospital. Wonwoo, can you help him up?"

"I'll try," Wonwoo said, his heart racing. "Mingyu, we're going to lift you, alright? Just lean on me."

With Seungcheol and Joshua on one side and Wonwoo on the other, they carefully helped Mingyu to sit up. "You're doing great," Jeonghan encouraged. "Just a little longer."

"Please, I don't want to hurt anymore hyung..." Mingyu cried, clenching his fists.

"I know, I know. Just breathe through it," Seungcheol said, feeling the urgency of the situation pressing down on them all. "Let's get him to the car. We're here for you, Mingyu. You're not alone."

Seungcheol gripped the steering wheel tightly, his knuckles turning white as he navigated through the night streets. "Hold on, Mingyu! We're almost there!" he shouted, trying to keep his voice steady despite the worry clawing at him.

In the back seat, Mingyu was curled up, his body trembling as he gasped for breath, the pain overwhelming him. "H-hyung it hurts! It hurts so much!" he cried out, tears streaming down his face.

"Mingyu, please, just focus on us," Wonwoo urged, his voice shaking as he leaned closer. "You're going to be okay. Just keep breathing."

"Try to breathe slowly," Jeonghan added, rubbing Mingyu's back in soothing circles. "In through your nose, out through your mouth. You can do this."
