Jeonghan sat in the practice room, wiping the sweat from his brow after another intense dance session with Seventeen. He shifted in his seat, feeling a dull ache in his arm. He looked down, frowning at a fresh bruise forming on his skin.
"Hey, Jeonghan, you good?" Joshua asked, noticing his teammate's expression.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Jeonghan replied, though the slight grimace on his face betrayed him. "Just... bumped into the wall a little too hard."
"Again?" Joshua raised an eyebrow. "You've been getting a lot of those lately."
"I know," Jeonghan said, rubbing his arm absentmindedly. "It's like I'm a magnet for bruises."
"Maybe you should start wearing protective gear," Woozi chimed in from across the room, smirking. "Like a helmet and pads."
"Very funny," Jeonghan shot back, rolling his eyes. "I'm just clumsy, that's all."
"But it's not just clumsiness, is it?" Joshua pressed, concern creeping into his voice. "You've been getting them even from the smallest bumps."
"Yeah, it's weird," Jeonghan admitted, glancing at his other members. "I'll be fine one moment and then the next, I look like I got into a fight."
"Maybe it's a sign you need to be more careful," Mingyu suggested, grinning. "Or start doing some gentle yoga."
"Yoga? Really?" Jeonghan laughed, but the thought lingered. What was going on with his body?
Just then, Seungkwan entered the room, a bright smile on his face. "What's with the serious faces? Are we plotting something?"
"Just discussing Jeonghan's latest bruises," Joshua explained, gesturing to Jeonghan's arm.
Seungkwan gasped dramatically. "Oh no! You need to be more careful! I can't have my beautiful member looking like a walking injury!"
Jeonghan chuckled, but the concern gnawed at him. "I'll figure it out. It's probably nothing."
"Yeah, but if it keeps happening, you should see a doctor," Woozi suggested, more serious now.
"Okay, okay," Jeonghan said, feeling a mix of annoyance and appreciation. "I'll keep an eye on it."
As the practice continued, Jeonghan couldn't shake the uneasy feeling. Maybe he needed to pay more attention to his body—or at least, avoid those walls.
The next few days passed, filled with intense practice sessions. Jeonghan pushed through, but he couldn't ignore the increasing fatigue that settled over him. One afternoon, while attempting a particularly difficult move, he suddenly felt lightheaded.
"Jeonghan! Are you okay?" DK called out as he caught Jeonghan swaying slightly.
"I'm fine, just a bit dizzy," Jeonghan replied, waving a hand dismissively. "Let's keep going."
But moments later, as he bent down to catch his breath, he felt a trickle of warmth on his upper lip. He reached up, touching it and pulling his hand away to find it stained with red.
"Guys... I think I have a nosebleed," he said, his voice rising in alarm.
"What?!" Seungcheol rushed over, quickly assessing the situation. "You need to sit down."
"It's just a nosebleed, I've had worse," Jeonghan insisted, though he felt the world tilt around him.
"But it won't stop," Seungkwan said, concern etched on his face as he handed Jeonghan a tissue. "How long has it been going?"
"Just a few minutes," Jeonghan lied, trying to downplay it. "I'll be fine."
"You look pale hyung," Mingyu observed, frowning. "Maybe you should take a break."
