The group reached the parking lot, their footsteps echoing in the enclosed space. Woozi fumbled with the car keys, his hands shaking as he unlocked the doors.

"Hurry!" Mingyu shouted, helping Hoshi ease Wonwoo into the back seat.

"I'm driving!" Mingyu announced, running around to the driver's side without waiting for any objections.

"Let's go!" Woozi said sharply, climbing into the front seat. Hoshi slid into the back beside Wonwoo, keeping a steadying hand on his shoulder.

"Wonwoo, stay awake!" Hoshi urged, his voice cracking. "We're taking you to the hospital right now."

Mingyu started the engine, his knuckles white as he gripped the steering wheel. The car roared to life, and he sped out of the parking lot, heading toward the nearest hospital with Woozi frantically directing him from the GPS on his phone.

Mingyu's foot pressed harder on the gas pedal as the car hurtled toward the hospital. The streets outside the mall blurred in a mix of lights and shadows. Wonwoo was barely conscious, his breathing erratic and shallow, each breath a struggle. His face was now ghostly pale, the rashes covering more of his skin as his body weakened.

"We're almost there!" Mingyu gritted through his teeth, his hands tightening on the wheel. "Hold on, hyung, just a little longer."

Hoshi, sitting in the back with Wonwoo, kept his voice calm, though it was evident he was fighting to keep control. "Wonwoo, stay with us, okay? Just breathe. You're doing great, just hold on."

But Wonwoo's eyes were starting to flutter, his body slumping in Hoshi's arms. The panic on Hoshi's face was undeniable as he tried to keep him awake, but he could feel the limpness starting to settle in.

As the hospital came into view, Mingyu swerved into the emergency entrance, tires screeching as he parked the car in front of the emergency doors. The car was barely stopped when he and Hoshi rushed to pull Wonwoo out.

"Mingyu, go get help!" Hoshi shouted as he tried to support Wonwoo, who was on the verge of losing consciousness.

Mingyu didn't hesitate. He sprinted toward the entrance, his legs burning from the adrenaline as he burst through the doors. "Please, we need a doctor! My brother's having an allergic reaction-he's not breathing properly!"

A nurse saw him instantly, her face flashing with urgency. "Get him to triage, now!" she ordered, pointing toward a nearby station.

Within seconds, Mingyu was back outside, guiding the nurse and another doctor toward the car. They helped move Wonwoo quickly, his body limp and barely responsive, and rushed him inside.

"You're doing great," Hoshi whispered, his voice cracking as he followed closely behind, holding onto Wonwoo's hand, unwilling to let go.

Once they were inside the hospital, the doctors and nurses swiftly took charge. They ushered Mingyu and Hoshi to the side, quickly disconnecting Wonwoo from their care and rolling him into the emergency room. The doors swung shut with a heavy thud, and Hoshi's breath caught in his throat.

He turned to Mingyu, who was staring at the closed doors, still processing the chaos of the moment. "He's going to be okay, right? They're going to help him..."

Mingyu didn't say anything for a long moment, his mind racing. "I-I don't know. But we did everything we could. We got him here in time."

As the weight of the situation settled in, Woozi arrived, breathless, having just parked the car. He walked over to the waiting area, looking between Mingyu and Hoshi. He had been texting and calling the group's manager to update them, trying to stay calm despite the chaos.
