TW--THIS CHAPTER INCLUDE VIOLENCE--PHYSICAL ALTERCATIONS, GUNSHOTS, ETC.

Once we made it to the doctor's office, Alexia gave me a chaste kiss, way more innocent than the incandescent one she gave me in the elevator on our way up. I could tell Alexia was already feeling more comfortable with taking the initiative. She hugged me this morning, and she was holding my hand in the car. I am utterly fucked because this tiny lady has ruined me for anyone else.

I spent the next minutes checking on messages regarding the MC and pending business meetings when I noticed the nurses at the reception desk murmuring while talking with the security guard—all of them with stressed faces. Suddenly, the hairs on my neck pricked up—something was wrong!

Yes, indeed, something was terribly wrong. When I walked to the desk, the office director apologized, explaining that they had gone to check on Alexia a few minutes before because her test was supposed to take less than it was taking. When they got into the room, the technician was unconscious on the floor, and Alexia was nowhere to be found. The guy was drugged, and they were now checking all cameras and exits to try to locate my woman.

How in the world can someone just disappear in a freaking hospital? I immediately ran out of there, calling the guys for backup. If Alexia still had her chain, the one with the dragon pendant, then GD should be able to locate her in no time. And this time, I will destroy anyone who has harmed her.

Basi and the enforcer for the local chapter were both enlisting a group of brothers and giving them instructions. The roads to the place were being monitored. Nobody will be able to escape with Alexia this time.

When we were around ten times to arrive, I got a text from an unknown number. A video played with crazy bitch talking in the background while showing me Alexia tied up. Aside from blood in her arm, she seemed to be unharmed. But, as expected, her face was telling a story of fear, frustration, and fatigue. Wait, my love, I will get you out of there soon.

Daisy's message was clear, "come alone, or you won't see Alexia breathing again!"

OK, I need to keep the calvary at bay for now. At least I know I have backup nearby if things go South.

I rushed to the abandoned house. I felt a sense of déjà vu like I had seen this place before. Before I could knock on the decrepit door, it flew open with Daisy's sinister smile.

"Great to see you, Gabriel! Welcome to my humble abode!"

I was surprised that she used my real name, but I didn't waste time thinking too much about it because my priority was Alexia.

"Daisy cut the crap and tell me where Alexia is!" I almost roared.

"Hey, you are not the Prez of me anymore. You better control your tone and lower your volume. You don't want to awaken her daddy!"

What the actual fuck? Alexia's dad was here as well. Oh, hell no! That guy better stay away from my girl. He can't hurt her again, not now that she has finally started to deal with her SA trauma.

OK, that means I need to tread carefully and play along with the Wicked Witch.

"You are right, Daisy. My bad! So, what exactly do you want from me? And why don't we talk this out between us? Just let Alexia go unharmed, and you and I can discuss whatever bothers you."

Before I could finish, she was already laughing hysterically, pulling a gun and pointing it at me.

"Oh, please! Now you want to play nice? It took you too damn long to realize who you were dealing with, and I am convinced even now you are just seeing me as a delusional whore. But I have a little secret to share," Daisy's eyes were shining with excitement, which frankly gave me the creeps.
