Rumor

Laurence POV

Walking into school it seems like all eyes are on Kier and I. Many kids watch us walk by then turn to their friends and whisper to them. What was going on?

Kier POV

By the time lunch came around I was completely done with people staring at us all day. Laurence and I sit at the usual table with our few friends, Drew, Shane, and Pilnahn.

"Do you guys have any idea what's going on?" I ask the three of them as they sit down.

"There's a rumor going around about you two." Shane replies.

"About what?" Laurence says raising an eyebrow.

"About what happened at that party" Drew explains, "people are saying you two fucked in their house..."

"Well that's true" I admit.

"You didn't let me finish," Drew pouts slightly, "they're saying it happened because Laurence drugged you into it."

"I would never do that!" Laurence gasps, sounding hurt by the untrue rumor.

"We know. But what we don't know is who started this rumor." Pilnahn says.

"I think I have an idea who it is..." I say looking up at Laurence. He silently nods, telling me he knows it too.
