please come.

please, somebody, please care!

tears of frustration pricked at my eyes as i could hear the faint sound of laughter coming from the studio.

they definitely heard you.

they chose not to help you.

i mean, why would they want to help a scum?

i wipe my tears away furiously and bared my teeth in pain as i forced myself back onto my feet. as i limped towards the bathroom, i reached into my bag for the painkillers that i always brought along in case another member suddenly got a headache.

i released a breath of relief as my fingers finally grasped onto the plastic cylinder that was previously entangled in the chaos of my bag.

as soon as i shut the door of the empty bathroom, i poured a few pills onto my shaky palm before raising them to my mouth and swallowing them dry. i winced at the slightly sore feeling at the back of my throat.

i focused on my breathing as i waited for the pills to take effect. soon, my headache died down and my ankle numbed. i stood up, only applying light pressure onto my ankle to test the waters. when i realised i didn't feel any pain, i quickly stalked back to the meeting room.

"oh my god, felix! it's not that hard! why can't you get it right?" jisung was slowly getting more annoyed by the second.

it's so easy!

you really are useless.

i don't even understand why you're still in the group.

it's not even that hard!

"sorry." i muttered in embarrassment, my face red with shame.

i could feel the staffs' eyes trained on me, like a vulture circling its prey. i shuffled uncomfortably in my spot and i dug the nails of my left hand into the palm of my right to edge off the oncoming sense of panic that was looming over me.

i drew in a shaky breath before retrying my part while reminding myself repeatedly that it wasn't that hard. it really wasn't. right?
