Missie slowly woke up, rubbing her eyes as she could see the sun start to rise, shining slightly into their tent.

She yawned, rolling over, seeing Billy still asleep beside her.

It was rare for Billy to not wake when she did, he was always a light sleeper. A part of her wanted to stay and watch him sleep.

However, she slowly slid out of bed and carefully started to get dressed, not making a sound that might wake him.

Billy however woke shortly after at the feeling of Missie not being beside him.

He sat up quickly and saw her braiding her hair for the day. She softly smiled at him, as he got up and wrapped his arms around her as he stood behind her. He pressed a kiss to her cheek as she leaned back on him.

"Mornin' darlin'," he whispered.

"Good morning-" she started only to be stopped with a kiss.

"Now, is is a good morning," Billy smiled.

Missie blushed at his compliment. Billy slowly cupped her face, caressing her cheek with his thumb.

"I love you," he told her, like she didn't know.

Missie softly smiled. "I love you, Billy."

Billy smiled, kissing her forehead, his fingers dancing with the straps of her corset as he kissed her neck.

He pulled her closer to him, holding her waist and gently squeezing.

"Billy..." Missie hummed as he slowly brought them back to the bed. "We can't..."

"Sure we can," he stated, his hands sliding up her thighs.

"The men are waking..." Missie breathed as he slowly kissed in between her breasts.

"We'll just have to be quiet," he smirked.

 "We should be getting dressed..."

"I'm in no rush," he whispered.

He quickly cupped her face, pulling her to his lips as he kissed her, grabbing her thigh and adjusting her on top of him, swallowing her gasp.

Middle wrapped her arms around him, tangling her hands in his hair as the two of them started rocking against each other.

"Still want to stop?" Billy teased.

"No," Missie hummed, her hands falling to his shoulders.

She bit her lip to stifle her moans.

"Are you sure?" Billy whispered, his mouth exploring her body slowly.

Missie nodded, breathing hard against his shoulder.

The two quickly grew sloppy as they drew closer.

Billy came first with a jolt and gasp, wrapping his arm quickly around her as she came next. Billy quickly covered her mouth as she moaned.

The two sat there a moment catching their breath.

Billy slowly removed his hand, brushing a stray hair behind her ear, as he studied her, a bright smile on his face. Missie smiled, softly kissing his lips, cupping his face.

Missie jumped, the sound of someone out in the camp startling her as Billy quickly caught her waist to keep her from slipping off him.

"Do you think anyone heard?" Missie whispered, suddenly feeling exposed.

Billy shook his head. "No. They're probably too busy dealing with their own things."

"Are you sure?"

"I reckon they are all fighting a hangover," Billy reassured, caressing her shoulder.

Missie nodded slowly looking down at the mess the two of them had made.

Billy gently slid her off of him, patting her hip. He then grabbed a cloth and poured water on it from the wash basin. He wrung it out and then wiped himself off before he kneeled in front of her and gently cleaned her as he hummed their song. He softly caressed her thigh, brushing her skin with his lips as he finished and pulled her petticoat back down, gently kissing her cheek.

"You're beautiful," he whispered. "Alright?" He asked, his thumb catching her chin, making her look at him, aware her emotions overwhelmed her occasionally after the two of them were intimate. He meant it when he said he was in no rush, and he was going to make sure she was alright before continuing with his day.

Missie nodded before he slowly kissed her, gentle and affirming.  She then watched him get dressed before she got up and finished dressing herself.

"Todays the day," Missie sighed as she wrapped her arms around his waist, looking up at him.

Billy nodded. He was going to meet Murphy.

"I want you to stay here at camp," Billy confessed.

Missie studied him. "Are you sure?"

Billy nodded. "Just to be safe, I don't trust him yet and I don't want you around someone who's next move I can't predict."

Missie slowly nodded as he gently placed his hand on her stomach.

"Billy..." she slowly said, placing her hand on top of his.

"I know, but just in case."

Missie nodded. "Alright."

Billy knew he should probably drop the subject until she was sure, and he would. Meeting Murphy was different, he could feel it, and as much as he'd love to have Missie there with him, he didn't want Murphy to know about her just yet. Murphy couldn't know his biggest weakness was her.
