"Woah... what is this place?" Naruto said. Team 7 made it to the next exam site the next morning. When they arrived, almost all of the other candidates were already there.
Satoru looked around the outside of the testing grounds, seeing a familiar sight. The trees beyond the fence guarding the site were massive, so massive that he couldn't see anything behind them at all. It was just like his village. No, his previous village.
"This is the location for the second phase of the exam." Anko said, standing in front of the high fence that guarded the forest. "It's the 44th Battle Training Zone, but we call it... The Forest of Death..."
"This whole place just completely creeps me out..." Sakura said with a nervous look. Naruto just stood a little ways away, his eyes scanning the forest.
Anko let out a little laugh. "Yeah you should be! It's called The Forest of Death for a reason, and you're soon gonna find out why."
"They call it The Forest of Death, and you're soon gonna find out why!" Naruto said, mocking Anko.

"That kinda threat won't work on me at all! Do your worst. I can handle anything! Believe it!"
"So, it looks like we got ourselves tough guy..." Anko said with a smile. She quickly slide a kunai from her sleeve, throwing it at Naruto before dashing towards him faster than any Genin's eyes could see. She brought her mouth right beside Naruto's ear. "Kids like you die at the very beginning. You're not afraid, are you? Tough guys like you usually leave their blood all over my forest." She said, using her finger to wipe the blood from the shallow cut her kunai made on the Uzumaki boy's face previously.
