"Hey. Long time no see, huh?"
"Iruka-Sensei?!" Sakura shouted. Naruto and Sasuke just looked at the tan man in shock.
'Am I supposed to know who this is?' Satoru thought.
"Seems like you guys have been through a lot these past couple of days." Iruka said with a smile.
"Hey, wait! What's the deal with this whole surprise entrance?! Why'd you appear with a summoning?" Naruto asked.
"At the end of the second exam, we Chunin are supposed to welcome the test takers back. I guess I just got lucky being the one summoned to give this important message to you guys." Iruka explained, walking closer to Team 7.
"A messenger...?" Sakura questioned.
"Whew..." Iruka said, taking a look at his pocket watch before putting it away. "You guys made it just in time too. Now, congratulations! You've passed the second exam! To celebrate your passing, I'd love to treat you all to some Ichiraku ramen, but..."
"Ichiraku ramen?! Woah! That's so cool!" Naruto shouted, running up to Iruka and bringing him into a tight hug.
"W-wait Naruto! I-I wasn't done speaking! Let go!"
Naruto released his hold on Iruka, but only to pump his fists in the air. "Ramen! Ramen! Believe it! I've been working so hard! I can't wait to eat a million bowls of ramen!"
Sasuke, Sakura, and Satoru all sat down on the floor with a sigh.
"He's got so much energy..." Sasuke muttered.
"I know... I can't believe it after all we've done these past five days..." Satoru added.
"Yeah! Ramen!"
"Shut up..." Sakura moaned out.
"Well... I can see you're just as hyper as ever..." Iruka said, sweat dripping down his forehead.
"Heh, now I see. If we had looked at the scrolls in the middle of the exam, what would you have done to us Iruka-Sensei?" Sasuke asked.
"As usual, Sasuke, you're as sharp as a needle. You've figured out the secret. Part of this exam was to see how well you could see a difficult mission through. To put it simply, you knew opening the scrolls was against the rules of your mission, and if you had tried to open one... we were ordered to knock out said Ninja opening the scroll. Some candidates found that out the hard way." Iruka explained.
