Hanni's day started early, her schedule packed with interviews and promotional appearances for her new single. She was excited but nervous. The song had already sparked a lot of buzz, and the interviews always led to the same question

As she sat in the brightly lit studio, the interviewer leaned forward with a curious smile. "So, Hanni, everyone's wondering—is this song inspired by a special someone in your life?"

Hanni smiled, but it didn't quite reach her eyes. "I think everyone will find their own meaning in the song. I just wanted to write something that felt personal, but the rest is up to the listeners."

The interviewer chuckled, clearly fishing for more, but Hanni managed to steer the conversation back to her music. As the interview wrapped up, she felt the weight of her own words settle heavily on her. She hadn't lied, exactly. The song was personal, but there was so much she wasn't ready to admit—not even to herself.

Meanwhile, across the city, Minji couldn't stop thinking about Hanni's single. The song played on repeat in her mind, and she couldn't shake the feeling that maybe—just maybe—it was about someone else. As she sat in Haerin's apartment, her thoughts spiraled.

"Do you think Hanni's song is about someone?" Minji asked, her voice hesitant as she leaned back on the couch.

Haerin raised an eyebrow, exchanging a glance with Hyein, who sat beside her. "Why do you care so much? Jealous?" Hyein asked, a teasing tone in her voice.

"I'm not," Minji mumbled, her arms crossed. "I'm just curious."

Hyein rolled her eyes. "Yeah, sure, curious."

Minji sighed, rubbing the back of her neck. "It's just... she didn't say much in the interviews. What if she's already seeing someone?"

"Have you tried asking her?" Haerin suggested, not bothering to look up from her phone.

"It's not that simple," Minji muttered. "Things are... complicated."

"You're overthinking it," Hyein said, shaking her head. "If you really want to know, just talk to her."

Minji didn't respond, but the uncertainty gnawed at her. Things had been going so well between her and Hanni, but the last thing she wanted was to ruin the delicate balance they'd built. Still, the thought of Hanni liking someone else—it was driving her crazy.

Next day, Hanni arrived at KBS studios for her performance. The backstage area was buzzing with excitement, and as she stepped into her dressing room, she noticed a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for her on the table. Her heart skipped a beat when she saw the familiar handwriting on the card.

"I know you don't need luck, but good luck today. I'm cheering for you." –Minji.

A smile tugged at Hanni's lips as she read the note. Minji always knew how to make her feel special, even with something as simple as a few words on a card. She clutched the flowers to her chest, feeling a warmth spread through her, but with it came a twinge of guilt. She hadn't been completely honest with Minji about how she felt, and the weight of that was starting to press down on her.

A few hours later, Hanni found herself on stage, preparing for an interview. The lights were bright, and the crowd was lively, but all she could focus on was Minji, who stood just offstage. When their eyes met, Minji gave her a small wave with the sweetest smile, and Hanni's heart skipped a beat.

As Minji stepped onto the stage to conduct the interview, Hanni felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. Minji looked as confident as ever, but there was a softness in her gaze that made Hanni's heart flutter.
