Minji barely had the door shut behind her when she heard Hanni's voice, sharp and unrelenting from the couch.
"Oh... Nice of you to come back to your girlfriend's home," Hanni snapped, arms crossed as she glared from her spot.
Minji froze, hand still on the door handle. She sighed, dropping her bag to the floor. "Babe, please don't start—"
"Oh, I'm not starting anything," Hanni said, standing now. "You already started it. Remember? About six hours ago? On me? Then you just left!"
Minji groaned, running a hand through her hair. "Hanni—"
"No, you don't get to 'Hanni' me right now," she interrupted, walking closer and pointing a finger at Minji. "You knew. You knew exactly what you were doing, Minji. And yet, you chose violence."
"It wasn't violence!" Minji exclaimed, trying to stifle a laugh but failing miserably.
"Oh, it was absolutely violence," Hanni said, throwing her hands in the air. "Do you have any idea how humiliated I felt, lying there, thinking, 'She'll be back any second,' only to hear the door slam?! You left me mid-orgasm!"
Minji bit her lip, stepping closer. "I know, I know, I'm a terrible person. But Jennie called—"
"Oh, now you're blaming your sister, great." Hanni cut in, pacing dramatically. "You abandoned me for Jennie?"
"Stop," Minji said, grabbing Hanni's arms to hold her still. "It wasn't like that. Jennie said it was urgent. I didn't even know what it was about until I got there!"
Hanni glared at her, still simmering. "So you admit it. You left me—mid-orgasm—to leave like the world was ending. And it wasn't even life-or-death, was it?"
Minji winced, guilt written all over her face. "Not exactly, no."
"Oh my God," Hanni groaned, pulling away and flopping onto the couch. "I can't believe I'm dating someone who ditches me for business calls."
"Come on," Minji said softly, sitting beside her. "I didn't want to leave, Hanni. You know that."
Hanni huffed, her arms crossed tightly. "You didn't have to leave. You could've just... finished what you started first."
Minji's face turned crimson as she stammered, "Can we not talk about this anymore?"
"Oh, we're talking about it," Hanni insisted, her eyes narrowing. "Because I think you owe me."
Minji let out a nervous laugh, her hand brushing Hanni's knee. "Owe you what?"
"I don't know yet," Hanni replied, smirking now. "But when I think of something, you'll know."
Minji rolled her eyes, relief washing over her as she realized Hanni was softening. "Fine, whatever it takes. Just please stop glaring at me like I murdered your dog."
"Fine," Hanni muttered, leaning back against the couch.
"Good," Minji said, leaning closer. "Because I actually have something important to tell you."
Hanni raised an eyebrow, still looking skeptical. "If this is another 'Jennie called' situation, I swear—"
"It's not!" Minji cut in, grabbing her hands. "It's... big. Like, huge."
Hanni tilted her head, curiosity creeping into her expression. "Okay... what is it?"
Minji hesitated, her heart pounding as she looked into Hanni's eyes. "I got a global deal with Calvin Klein."
