Indiana held an ice pack to Steve's head. His eyes fluttered open with a confused gaze.

He looked to the side seeing Mike holding an gasoline tank.

He reached his hand up to his bruised face. "Don't touch." Indiana pulled his hand down.

"Indie?" Steve asked reaching a hand up to her head that had dried blood. "Don't touch that either." She pulled his hand down.

"Hey, buddy... It's okay. You put up a good fight. He kicked your ass, but you put up a fight." Dustin smiled at Steve. Indiana chuckled at the boy.

"Okay, you're gonna keep straight for a half a mile, then make a left on Mount Sinai." Lucas tells Max.

Steve turns his gaze to the front seat. Panic sets in when he saw the girl driving.

"Oh, my God!" He yelled. Indiana shushed him. "She's driven before." Indiana nodded. Mike handed the girl a rainbow band aid to place on Steve's bleeding cut above his eye. She shushed him as she placed it on his face.

She laughed at the boy. Maybe it was the concussion making everything seem so lighthearted and funny but she didn't mind it.

"Yeah, in a parking lot." Mike states.

"That counts." Lucas argues.

"They were gonna leave you behind." Dustin tells Steve.

"Oh my god." Steve gasps.

"I promised that you'd be cool, okay?" Dustin tries. Steve sat up slightly. he leaned more onto Indiana, basically sitting on her lap.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What's going on? Oh, my God. No! Whoa! Stop the car. Slow down." Steve yelled to Max.

"I told you he'd freak out." Mike calls out to Dustin.

"Not helping Michael!" Indiana scowls.

"Stop the car!" Steve yelled.

"Steve, your heavy." Indiana tried shifting under his weight.

"Everybody shut up! I'm trying to focus!" Max screams.

"Oh, wait, that's Mount Sinai. Make a left." Lucas points.

"What?"

"Make a left!"

The tires screeched as Max hit a mailbox as she turned. Screams came from everyone as the girl drove like a maniac.

Steve held onto Indiana as if she'd protect him. Indiana held onto Steve as they both fell over onto Mike and Dustin.

As Steve and Indiana switched spots so he wasn't crushing her legs anymore Max took off again.

It was only a few more minutes of Max's terrible driving before she slammed on the breaks making Indiana nearly fly into the front seat if it wasn't for Steve's grip.

"Whoa! Incredible." Dustin smiles.

"I told you. Zoomer." Max smiles.

Indiana opens the door and exits the car. She nearly fell to the ground being so happy she was alive.
