Indiana walked over to the boy with brown curls and pulled him into a tight hug. "I missed ya'." She smiled.
"I missed you too." Dustin smiled.
As Indiana pulled away she watched him, Steve, Robin and Erica exit the mall.
Indiana sat down beside Hopper and El.
"My battery's low, but... it'll recharge." El tells him.
"I know it will, kid." Hopper nods.
"I can fight." El tells him.
"Better than any of us." Indiana chuckles.
"But right now, I need you two safe. This thing is after you. It's not after me. It's not after Indie, it's after you. Do you understand?" Hopper asks.
El's eyes flicker between Hopper and Indiana. "Yes."
"Hey. We should probably go." Mike interrupts the three. Indiana nods and stands up. El wraps her arms around the man before standing up. Indiana wraps a arm around her waist helping her walk.
"Be safe." Indiana tells the man after giving him one last look. Hopper smiles as he watches the girls walk away and over to Max, Will, Mike, and Lucas.
Nancy and Jonathan follow behind. They all exit mall and to Nancy's car.
"El, your bleeding. Can you keep going?" Indiana looks down at the girls bleeding leg. "Yeah."
Indiana and Mike open the back of Nancy's car and lay El down in the back before getting in themselves.
Nancy tried to start the car but only a flat engine could be heard. "What's wrong?" Indiana asks from the very back.
"I don't-- I don't know." Nancy replies continuing trying to start the car.
"You can't be serious. Come on!" Nancy yells.
"Didn't your mom just buy this car?" Lucas asks.
"Yes. I'm sure it's fine." Nancy replies.
"Did you leave the lights on?" Will asks.
"No." Nancy replies getting frustrated.
"Do you have gas?" Lucas asks.
"Yes!" Nancy yells.
Indiana and El share a worried look.
"Woah, stop. Pop the hood." Jonathan states as he gets out of the car.
The hood of the car blocks everyone in the car's view but their attention was snatched a revving engine and lights.
Indiana got out of the car as Billy continued to Rev his car.
"Go! Go!" Indiana yells. The three in the backseat all exit. Indiana helps El out of the car and back into the mall.
"Shit! Hurry!" Indiana yells. They all run back into the mall
Mike held up the radio, "Scoops Troop, do you copy? Scoops Troop, I repeat, do you copy? We're trapped in the mall and in need of emergency transportation. Scoops Troop, do you copy? Billy has found us.".
