"Hey! Hey!"

Indiana rolled her eyes and stood up from her bed and exited her room. "Three-inch minimum! Leave the door open three inches!"

Indiana watched as Hopper banged on El's door.

This had been a all year thing. El and Mike couldn't stop sucking faces so Hopper forced her to keep the door open three inches. Of course that didn't stop the two.

"El, open this door. Open the..."

Hopper slams it open revealing the two 'reading books'. Indiana chuckled.

"What's wrong?" Mike asks innocently.

"I'm spending the night at Steve's." Indiana told the older man. He shot a glare at Mike before walking back to his recliner.

"No. You spent the night at his house two nights ago." He popped a chip into his mouth.

"So?" She scoffed.

"You know the rule, you can only spend one night with each other a week."

Indiana smiled.

"Okay. Night." Indiana smiled.

Indiana returned into her room and grabbed her bag, keys, and shoes. The girl opened her window and slid right out of it.

She cracked it open so she could sneak back in. As she made her way to her car she saw Mike getting onto his bike. "Mike." She waved. He walked over to the girl.

"Radio." She held her hand out.

"El? It's Indie, can you cover me?" Indiana asked into the radio.

"Where are you going?" El asked into the radio. "Just to see Steve for a little while. I'll be back tonight."

"Okay, be safe." El told the girl. She handed the radio back to Mike and smiled. "You going to starcourt?" She asked the boy.

He nodded. Indiana helped him get his bike on the back of her car. She drove off with the boy in the passenger seat.

"You and El going good?" She asked.

"Yeah. You and Steve?" He asked in return. "Yeah."

Indiana and Mike made small talk as she parked. Mike ran into the mall quickly, probably late per usual.

Indiana took her time walking to the ice cream shop, Steve worked at. She rang the bell that they had a few times.

Steve walked out wearing his ridiculous uniform. "Hi, Robin." Indiana smiled and waved. Robin smiled and waved Steve goodbye.

"Ready?" She asked. Steve nodded and placed a kiss on her lips. She smiled.  "How was your day?" Steve asked as they left the mall.

"Good, boring I guess. Yours?" Indiana huffed.
