Indiana stood up as someone rang her doorbell. She walked over to the front door and opened it revealing Dustin and Max.
She opened the door fully letting them in. The three walked over to her couch.
"It was Chrissy." Max states.
"What?" Indiana asks.
Max points to the TV which was muted. It showed a picture of all of the cops and investiagtors surrounding the crime scene.
"It was Chrissy?!" Indiana yells.
"Yes.
"Chrissy Cunningham? You're sure it was Chrissy?" Indiana asks.
"Last night, I saw Eddie enter his trailer with her. After the game. She was still in her cheerleader outfit."
"Okay, did you make talk to the police?"
"No."
"Max!" Indiana scolds.
"No, but I... I can't be the only one who saw them together. They stood out." Max defends.
"Eddie the freak with Chrissy the cheerleader?" Indiana raised her eyebrows with a nod.
"Exactly. You know, his name's not in the news yet or anything," Max paced around. "but I guarantee you Eddie is suspect one now."
"That's crazy. Eddie didn't do this. No way. No way." Dustin defends his friend. The curly haired boy turns to the redhead. Indiana stands up and watches between the two.
"We can't rule it out." Max tries.
"Yes, we can." Dustin shouts.
"Dustin!" Max yells.
"You don't know him like I do, Okay? When we got to high school, Lucas made all his sports friends. Mike and me? I mean, no one was nice to us. No one except Eddie and Indie." Dustin looked down.
Indiana felt sadness for the boys, she didn't realize they were having trouble making friends.
"Okay. Well, they said the same shit about Ted Bundy. Yeah, he's a super nice guy, but then he's murdering women on the weekend." Max replies.
"So you're saying Eddie is like Ted Bundy?" Dustin raises his eyebrows.
"No, I'm not saying that..." Max rolls her eyes. "I'm trying to say that we can't presume anything, okay? But it doesn't look good for Eddie." The ginger finishes.
"Why haven't you told the cops this?" Indiana asks as she sits back down.
"I... I don't know." Max replies.
"You don't know?" Dustin scolds.
Max turns to look at both of them before taking a deep breath. "After I saw Eddie and Chrissy go in the trailer... something else happened."
"What was it?" Indiana grew worried.
"I was sitting on the couch. Just like normal, watching the tv. It started going out so I tried fixing it but the--"
Max took a second trying to force the word out of herself.
