9. I Want To Know

Yeonjun invited Beomgyu out with him and Taehyun this time. He told him he could bring a friend so he brought Hueningkai who took a liking to Taehyun very quickly.

"He's cute." Kai whispered to Beomgyu as they stood in line to get popcorn for their movie.

"Talk to him." Beomgyu whispered back.

"What do I say?"

"Hey Hueningkai," Taehyun turned and looked at the two of them. "You'll be sitting next to me, you okay with sharing popcorn?"

"Y-Yes."

"What do you wanna drink?" Hueningkai walked over and stood next to him so they could order together.

Yeonjun walked over with Beomgyu's drink and their popcorn to share.

"I love a good zombie film." He said as he handed him the drink.

"Yeah it'll be fun."

They sat down together. Hueningkai and Beomgyu sat next to each other while the other two sat on the opposite sides of them. Beomgyu reached over and ate some popcorn while Hueningkai and Taehyun sat awkwardly next to each other.

When the movie started everyone watch intensely. Hueningkai cleared his throat a little and went to have more of his drink but he had already drank it all.

"Uh oh."

Taehyun looked over. "Do you need more?"

"Oh...yeah uhhh I-I can get it."

"No it's cool, I got it." He took his cup. "What did you have?"

"Just give me water please."

"No problem." He stood up and went to get more water. He came back and Hueningkai smiled at him.

"Thank you."

"No problem."

They continued watching the movie together. Beomgyu shivered a little and Yeonjun noticed.

"Cold?" He asked as he started to take off his jacket.

"No no I'm alright."

"Shut up and put on the jacket you are shivering." Beomgyu did so and quietly thanked him. "You know, you can ask if you need something. I promise I don't bite unless you ask me to."

Beomgyu blushed a little and put the hood on.

The movie ended and the four of them left together. Yeonjun and Beomgyu walked close together as they talked about the movie, they wanted to grab dinner together afterwards. Hueningkai and Taehyun walked behind them as they watched the two of them talk.

"They are getting along well, hm?" Taehyun said trying to break their awkward silence.

"Hm? O-Oh yeah, he seems to like him a lot...as a friend of course they seem like great friends like how we could be." He blushed heavily when he realized what he said and simply stopped talking.

Taehyun smiled at him. "You wanna be friends with me?"

"No..I mean yes...I don't know."

Taehyun laughed a little. "Where are you from? You don't look fully Korean."

"I''m not, my mom is Korean, my dad is a foreigner. I was born in Hawaii but I moved to China when I was young and then moved here."

"Whoa, so you know Korean and Mandarin?"

"And English."

"Impressive, you'll have to teach me some Mandarin sometime. My mom was an English teacher so I know a bit of English too. Have you been back to Hawaii or China?"
