Adaa POV

"The loud noises numb my senses as I walk through the crowd on the dance stage, alcohol overtaking my brain. My body moved on its own, but I felt like I was flying, all I could is blur images, and every face I see looks like Vishu.

I felt a hand sliding around my waist, pulling me onto him, I could inhale the fragrance, but it was not as intoxicating as his. I turned around, facing him. He has a long beard, but my Vishu doesn't have it, he has light stubble. I tried to take in his face, he was not Vishu, My Vishu.

I pushed him, and moved to the bar, ordering another shot of vodka. I gulped it whole at once and answered the call that had been popping on my screen for the last 2 minutes.
"Hello.....", My voice sounds so slur.
"Where are you Adaa", who's voice was that?
"Why should I tell you?", I started to walk in the direction of the restroom. My gut was pushing out all the liquid I took.
"Adaa, I am Vikram, Where are you? Send me the location", I don't know how my fingers automatically send the location to him. Who is Vikram?
"I am coming, stay where you are. Ok?", I nod. Oops, he can't see me.
"Yes, sir.", And I emptied all the contents of my stomach.

By the time I washed my mouth, and face and made it out of the restroom, a man approached me,
"Adaa...", He caught my shoulders.
"Who are you? You are not my Vishu", I swat his hands away.
"Your Vishu sent me here. I am Vikram, you remember, your friend.", my friend, doesn't matter, he said Vishu sent him here. I nod
"Let's go, come", He took me with him, his holding my shoulders, as I walked like a drunken, which I am now.

I don't remember anything after that, other than Vikram scolding me, for making, Leela, and Ram worried, for being that drunk, for not lifting my calls, and for losing my senses and getting in the car, he was worried what would happen if it wasn't him.

I listen to everything he said because it was my fault. I decided to be responsible, after that, it was foolish of me to behave like that, everyone has their own problems, and making them worried because of me is something I never wish for."

That's when I decided to live like your Adaa, the one who loves spending time with you and loves every moment, of her life, love every part of her life."

"I am sorry", He hugged me, like a bone-crashing hug as I fished to tell him the answer to his question 'When did you get the realization, that loving doesn't need a person'
"Vishu, it's ok. let bygones be bygones. Look where are we, we are married, I am your wife, and you are my husband. We are in our house, our home. Let's start fresh. Hmm?" I said looking into his eyes, his shining eyes now filled with oceans.

Wiping the tears, I kissed his forehead, raising on my toes.
"Now, let's make some changes in the garden.", I pulled him with me from the couch.
"What have you done to my garden Vishu.", my hands went to my waist, resting there.
"Our garden", He hugged me from the back placing his chin on my shoulder blades.

We came back to our apartment, this morning, and we should be going back to work from tomorrow.
"We will start with that snake plant", I pointed to the plant container in the left corner. Nodding he brought the container along with its try. I laid a mat to keep the container and came with the small iron rod and dug the soil which almost felt like rock.

After cleaning the space, rearranging the plants, and nurturing the plants we cleaned ourselves. With the coffee in my hand and ginger tea in his hands, we came to our place, the balcony. I sat on his lap while he sat in his Papasan chair.

The cool breeze brushed my skin, sharing in my joy, Sunlight's warmth, a gentle embrace, held me close. Nature seemed to revel in our union, quietly celebrating. Silence settled, serene as a tidal wind, And the sky, clear and vast, radiated its calm, A soft, endless peace woven through the air.
