It all started off with a weird message from an unknown number.

Unknown number: I see you
Hyunjin looked down at his phone screen with raised eyebrows, setting his water bottle down lightly onto the practice room floor.

He, Minho, and Felix were hard at work late into the night, so it was weird to get a message at midnight as it was- let alone from some unknown number. Hyunjin suspiciously eyed Minho from his place on the couch with Felix at his side.

"That's a very funny prank, Hyung. You can stop now."

Minho looked up from his own phone to give Hyunjin a deadpan look, and Felix from next to him looked confused in a concerned way.

Oops.

"I don't know what kind of prank you think that I pulled," Minho sat up, looking a little peeved because he was always in an agitated mood when they were out practicing late.

Hyunjin immediately put his hands up in surrender, nervously backing up into the foggy mirror. "Oops, sorry. I thought..."

At the look Minho shot him, he definitely wasn't in the mood to pull any pranks. And neither was Felix.

"Just for that accusation, your water break is cut short," Minho ordered, clicking play on the music. "Run through it yourself while me and Felix watch."

Hyunjin groaned and got up from the hard floor, not even bothering to argue against their dance captain. He left his phone on the floor, the text message forgotten.

Unknown number: You look nice today. You should wear that pink cardigan more often.
Hyunjin huffed at his phone and rolled his eyes. He blocked the number again, but he knew that the persistent person would just create a new number and keep texting.

Hyunjin cleared his throat and looked at the others so that he could gain their attention. They were all seated at the airport- a blocked off room so that they could have some privacy waiting for their plane to land.

"Does anyone have a change of clothes I can wear? Or a spare jacket?"

The others all eyed each other curiously and Hyunjin self consciously fiddled with his cardigan before Jeongin reached into his backpack to pass a big dark hoodie over to him. "Are you cold, Hyung?"

"You better not be getting sick," Felix fussed, reaching over to help Hyunjin get his arms through the armholes. Jeongin was just as tall as Hyunjin, so it was a nice fit. Hyunjin let Felix mess his hair up to feel his forehead because he knew it would probably make him less worried.

"I'm fine," he answered, smile growing sour along the edges. "I just regret choosing this outfit this morning."

Felix hummed, like he didn't believe it, and pulled away.

Hyunjin's phone buzzed again.

Unknown number: who are you trying to impress?

Hyunjin and Jisung left the dorm to get smoothies. Well, they snuck out- because Chan and Changbin were holding them captive before dinner, but they had a spark of inspiration and disappeared into the room to Chan's computer.

Hyunjin and Jisung decidedly did not want to get involved in whatever epiphany they had, so they choose to cave in to their sweet tooth.

No one had to know that they strayed from their diets aside from the two of them.

Hyunjin and Jisung worked hard to put on baggy clothes, masks, ball caps, and even shades to mask their appearance. It worked most of the time- so Hyunjin freely allowed himself to order a banana smoothie without any guilt while Jisung ordered a strawberry one and forced him to pay for it.
