Izuko's POV
Izuko lay in her dorm bed, staring at the ceiling as her mind replayed the rollercoaster of emotions from earlier. The confrontation had left her drained but also a little hopeful. Just as she began to drift off, her phone vibrated beside her. She smiled when she saw the message preview:
Sarah: Hey, princess. Can't sleep?
Izuko tapped out a quick reply.
Izuko: Caught me. It's been a crazy day. You up?
Within seconds, her phone chimed again.
Sarah: Always, for you 😉 Want to sneak out for some late-night air?
Izuko's heart skipped a beat. She could picture Sarah's smirk through the text and knew she wouldn't be able to say no. She quickly pulled on an outfit and slipped out of her dorm room...
