Nya decided to hang back as everyone headed toward class. She had a mission now: Operation 'Just Friends.' Step one? Observe Izuko and Sarah like a pro.

They walked ahead, close enough that their shoulders brushed occasionally. Nya noticed how Sarah's gaze would flick toward Izuko every few seconds, like she was sneaking glances. Then Izuko glanced back, her expression begging Nya to save her. But Nya just grinned and mouthed, You're loving this.

Izuko gave her a pleading look, face still flushed, while Nya could only chuckle to herself. This was going to be amazing to watch.

"So, Sarah, you never told us about that 'big surprise' you hinted at," Nya teased, knowing full well she was playing with fire.

Sarah shrugged, a playful glint in her eye. "Maybe it's still a surprise," she said, nudging Izuko lightly with her shoulder.

Izuko's face went red again, and Nya couldn't hold back her laughter.

"You know what," Nya said, flipping her hair over her shoulder, "I'm just going to let the universe handle you two."

That night, Nya opened up the group chat, which was already popping off with everyone gossiping. Perfect timing.

Group Chat: "Mission Lovebirds"

Avy: "So, anyone else noticing that Sarah and Izuko have moved past 'just friends' and are halfway to 'basically dating'?"

Jenna: "Um, yes! It's getting harder to pretend we don't see it."

Riy: "Honestly, the way they look at each other? It's like watching a romance movie in real life."
