Chapter 12 Battle in Geno A6

Thegroup found themselves on a different planet. It looks a lot like a city butmuch more evolved and more organized. 

Casper looks around and asked, "Where arewe?" Jordan as he observes noticed something familiar with this planet, andthen he said the name "Geno A6" Bushin became familiar with that name then itcame to his mind, and he remembered that name. He heard it multiple times whenhe's young and he said in shock "That's the planet My dad talks about. He'salso one of the guardians" Jordan sure was surprised to hear that Bushin'sfather was one of them. But then he had a flashback. 

Ever since he was about toleave Plantroph after thanking Fuyu he saw a 17-year-old boy hiding behind herchair, he walked slowly to him and he waved, as he says silently "Hi" The 17-year -old boy leaps to make his attack, but Jordan avoided it. 

They foughthand-to-hand. But Jordan remains the victor for he was more experienced incombat than him. Bushin assumed that his grandfather Ashura trained and lookedafter him since he was young. 

Jordan thought the same thing, except he didn'tknow Lucinda also taughtt him as well. After a little while they became friendsthen the boy can sense Jordan's powers, and he said, "It seems you possessLight and Dark energy." Jordan admitted "Yeah... They're more dangerous than youthink" Bushin chuckles "I agree, my dad can help you control them you know""thanks" Jordan replied, "By the way I didn't your name" Bushin shakes hishand, and he says, "I'm Bushin" Jordan greeted him back "I'm Jordan, nice tomeet you." 

After Jordan's short flashback. He also learned that Bushin and hewere rivals. But he didn't say anything about it. He heard Lucas laughing likea psycho, he was initially confused and tries to talk things out, but Axestopped him, and he said "Don't... Just give him time to calm down." Suddenlythey saw Apollo walking outside the headquarters looking urgent. He saw thegroup and he yelled "What the?!" Apollo was as surprised as he was, but seeinghis brother venture off to Geno A6 was beyond most of them. 

Damian suddenlyfound them, but this time he was even hungrier. Axe looked at the blood on hishands and realized they are Lydia's blood. He leaped yelling as he was about tostab Damian with a spear "You killed her!!" Damian grabbed it together withAxe's hands. He started struggling to break free from his bloody demonic hands.Damian slowly observed Axe's eyes and he said "It seems you love Lydia. Yet younever had a chance to tell her. Then he throws him away like he's worthnothing. 

Lucas flies up and saves him from falling, then he blasts brightcanons at Damian up on the sky, but Damian vanished before they could hit him.The guardians don't know where he just went nor when he'll appear, so theyprepared themselves for an ambush. Then One echo alerted them "Fascinatingmemories you have their." The group and Apollo started trembling as they holdon to their positions not knowing what to do next. Not even Jordan knows. Whilethey do that, they started listening as Damian speaks "With these pendants Ican read minds and watch your memories for I am now a wise master." Damian'sgigantic figure appeared in space. The arrogant devil smirks and starts sayingpast memory from each member. 

"Let's start with you. Casper the heroicmagician. Boy who lost his father and mother. Willow the quite girl. Began as ayoung fearful child with parents who won't stop bickering, she becomes soafraid to even say a word for many would judge. Bushin, son of Ven and Lucinda.Kid who's frightened to lose a father who always jeopardized his own life forhis family. 

Lynn the runner from the past. Always strong in the outside but veryweak willed inside. All your memories have horrible childhoods. But youJordan." 

Damian gets to the point where he saw the most horrible stories fromJordan's mind. "Thanatophobia" That one word shows most of Jordan's memories.Damian dug deeper to his mind and mentions them one by one "The loss of yourmaster, friend and father it blinds you, makes you become stronger just toprotect, yet failed to save lives, over and over again." 

The words from themischievous devil tortured Jordan mentally, he tries to break free from thevoices of his friends and family screaming for help dying. And Damian burst himsaying "You lack the will to let go!" This made him fell on his knees andscream. Casper looks back all distressed, so he helps him calm down. His screamwas music to Damian's ears. "Finally, one down... More to go" The gravity forceheld everyone down, paralyzing them. 

They all now know that Damian absorbedpower from the gravity pendant before Casper took it away, making it a greatchance for Damian to kill with one blow. Suddenly, something hit Damian on hisback, the bolts kept shooting him until he couldn't use one of the powerpendants. 

It was Emily flying a Starship with her aura surrounding it tostrengthen the attack. "Woo-hoo!" Emily yelled. 

"Wow!" Jordan said in amazement"I didn't know you can fly a ship!" then dark energy surrounded the team like ashield, Damian startled once he noticed a Blue Green aura coming from Jordan. 

The next thing that frightened him was the trail of energy getting drained byhim. "So, you really are the last spirit Guardian after all" Bushin's psychiccrushed the armor he wore destroying it to pieces that holds all the pendant.Glen and Jordan freed them from the trap itself. Jordan and Bushin were thelast ones standing to face Damian Devil. "You'll pay for all the victims you'veharmed and killed" Jordan replied angrily. 

All they needed now is a plan tooverpower him. Jordan whispered at Bushin his suggestion "we'll fight himtogether this time, I will distraction while you-" Glen blasted him with darkenergy thinking he'd cook him alive. Damian seemed confused and absorbed it"Can't say I've encountered that beam before" He makes his move but failsbecause of Glen's dark energy. Jordan never thought of limiting an opponent'sstrengths by disabling the powers he/she possessed. "Now we can go with theplan," said Glen. 

Jordan Glen and Bushin fought with all they got to defeat himwithout giving him any time to think. But they both struggle to endure moreagainst Damian, until Alina's root arm stretched and grabbed his hands, thenEmily tagged along and helped. And at last, they succeeded in removing thependants from Damian. Sometime earlier Commander Kaius entered Volca and foundLydia lying down unconscious by the lava river. He ran to her as fast as hecould just to heal her "Are you alright?!" Lydia nearly burnt coughed as herlast words escaped her lips "Just go... just." And then takes her last breath andslowly closes her eyes
