Chapter 5 A Huge Argument

Hunter writes on a clear board about the undiscovered places around outer space, even the unknown realm. Then on that day when he studies them, he heard a knock on the front door. Hunter walks straight to it and opens it right in front of him he meets Skaman after all these years. "Missed us haven't ya General." Skaman crowed. Hunter froze and dropped his pencil down the floor he couldn't believe his eyes. 

"Been a long time huh?" Hunter said politely. 

Skaman shook Hunter's hand as a way of greeting someone. Hunter was surprised to see Jordan and his friends as well, not to mention Bushin and the team. 

"So. you got my message." Hunter guessed. "Of course, General." Said Skaman. "You know where to find Kurai right?" Hunter asked Casper. "No" Casper said. "But we need someone as bait to lure him to us" "Someone?" Dusk and Dawn repeated. Casper raised his index finger, points it at Glen, and then he answered with one word "him" Lucas nodded in agreement with the plan Casper made, but eventually realizes it and shouted out "Wait... What?!" Lucas refuses to follow the plan that involves getting a friend killed, he believed there must be another way to lure him but he's running out of options. Glen overheard the sounds of argument coming from Lucas saying about Glen. Jordan joined in to know what the quarrel was. Willow whispered in 

Jordan's ear which causes him to go rogue. "Guys are you crazy!" he yelled "You can't just let Glen get killed by some immortal like... being! He's just young" Glen told him to calm down and then he said "I know you live your life as my master teaching and protecting me no matter what, but I came here on purpose protect you and their families, because I realize that giant beast will kill everything and everyone living. I'm sorry brother it's my choice and I must do it." Jordan had nothing else to do or say to convince Glen, so he let him stick to the plan, however, incase anything happens, he'll make sure nothing happens to Glen. While the others hide inside the mothership all systems closed Glen meditates outside, waiting for Kurai to come. Jordan, Bushin, Terran, Alina and Sid are concerned about Glen getting hurt, they're not sure if Casper's plan will work catching Kurai like a fish. Instead, they think he'll kill him. Jordan kept looking up at Glen patiently sitting down, Bushin saw Jordan's feelings in his worried eyes. He pats Jordan's left shoulder and said in reply to Jordan

"Bro, I see how much you really care about him, like he's"

"My little brother?"

Finished Jordan

"I know I was being overprotective towards him, like I am to my sister, my niece, mom and to my old brother."

"Jordan why are you so overprotective to them?"

Said Bushin

"Emily and Glen are no longer kids, they'll embark on new journeys of their own, and there's nothing you can do but to support their decisions."

Jordan sighed looking down on the floor and he spoke in sadness

"I understand they're not kids. It's just I'm not used to letting them go alright."

As Bushin lets out one word, Jordan released his emotions when he yelled

"Stop telling me not to worry when I am, dude I can't focus on my choices. First, I lost my animal friend, second, I lost your grandfather who was once my master, and I lost my father and failed to know him, I failed everyone no matter how hard I try!"

Bushin yelled back

"You think you're the only one who's lost more than one love person?! I nominated myself as captain of my team so I can do whatever it takes to protect them because I lost my old friend. All Lucas and Lydia have left are each other because their parents died as liars! Toby has no one to be with because his old brother abandoned him. It's like you cared about those you lost that you kept holding on to them. You probably don't understand that because you worry too much!" "You are not alone Jordan1 we're in this together!"

Glen meditating couldn't stand the noise of them fighting one another, he couldn't even think about one happy thought to focus. Then he opened his eyes and shot Kurai sneaking behind in one blast of Dark Corruption. Then he yelled "Guys we didn't come all this way here just to argue." Glen after healing Kurai allowed him to jump down to the hall and he walked away like nothing happened. He was not happy to about it. After that Kurai politely greets everyone in the ship and sees that everyone did well, but not Jordan and Bushin, he thought to himself "If I could see what's going on with them, maybe I can help." Kurai walked straight to them and talked to them both gently. Upset, Glen sat on the mothership roof top, he watches the stars wondering why Jordan was mad at Bushin. "Usually, Jordan and Bushin never yell or fight like that before" Glen said sadly. Jordan found Glen upset and comes to him so they can talk through. Jordan apologized to him

"I'm sorry about what I said a while ago. I should've just been more supportive you when you chose to help, or when you'll be going away."

"It's alright"

Said Glen

"You know this isn't the first time anyone has worried about me besides you. 3 years ago, I saw how worried Alina when I keep looking for answers about My dad."

"Wait you did?" Jordan asked in realization

"Yeah. I know you won't tell me about my dad because of how I would feel. At least I'm happy to see him again and sadly I only saw him fade right in front of me."

"How did it feel" Jordan asked gently

"It's not as painful as it is when I saw Mom executed" Glen answered in disappointment.

"I know you had a fight with Bushin, but that won't fix anything it'll only destroy the group slowly. It's like families fighting each other and all but it's worse than I'll ever think of."

"What do you mean" Jordan asked Calmly

Glen watched the stars and responded "My family's destroyed since my mom died. And I won't let another family like this tear apart."

Jordan smiled seeing how benevolent Glen becameever since he mentored him, and he believed one day Glen would be a betterperson than Jordan will ever know.
