After their short time in New York with Bushin, Jordan waved goodbye to his friends and head back home by foot. He spends hours studying while walking until he realizes that he was lost in a city so large that not even a New Yorker knows which way to go so that's when he used his Aura to get back to his home, however he mustn't get caught or he might expose himself. Luckily, no one sees him, so he takes the risk on teleporting.
2 minutes later Jordan was reading the books he borrowed in the college library to study for his exams on Tuesday he was in a hurry when it comes to studying because he got distracted by his little time alone on a hill and fighting of those peculiar ships attacking New York. At least he had enough time to rest and to study.
Carla opens the door to check on Jordan, she asked, "Did you go to the hill again" Jordan lied while reading on his laptop "No" This is when Carla suspected his fearful behavior as she saw his sweat, she saw Jordan's shoes on the bed, she closes Jordan's laptop immediately and insists that they need to talk, he didn't want to but since he had enough knowledge from what he was reading he had no choice.
Right at the backyard Carla spends her time with Jordan doing what would make them both happy, she knows he wasn't always fine, mostly because he was tired protecting New York, but deep down she knows something else is bothering him. Jordan didn't want to tell her about it, even if he knows it's the right thing. C
arla after their mother and son time sat next to him and speaks "I know life was really easy and fun ever since you, Emily and your friends are kids but now..." Carla paused for a moment giving Jordan time to forget about Lynn.
Then she continued "You should grow up and it's time to face reality. It's not as easy as it seems but it also means you must let go and move on" Jordan's sadness fades a little bit then he smiles, and he thanks his mother for being with him and his sister Emily.
He walks back inside his room and gets back to studying, while he does it, he learns that, despite all the memories and promises he made, nothing stays the same forever not even the happiest ones. It was time he should face one of the hardest things he had to do. Moving on and let go of the past and focus on the present the most important times.
He believed that if it keeps going on like this, then Lynn won't ever comeback nor will they reunite like two years ago. That's when he had a brilliant idea, to see her one last time in New York on Friday night but before that he had things to do. So, he writes all his plans inside his notebook
1. Study for my college exams
2. Help Casper and Sid with the exams
3. Read books in the library.
4. Spend time with my friendly neighbors.
5. Spend my time as a teacher
After Jordan noted all the things, he planned he cleans his desk full of quiz papers and put them inside the files and keep them inside the bookshelf
