After Jordan and his friends had finally shared something in their sharing circle, Riley approached to Jordan, informing him about the final test Jordan had to take.
"There's something you really need to know Jordan, and to pass this test, you must go up the highest peak of that mountain" She pointed out to the biggest mountain that can be found in Aurora. "There you'll be meeting someone you desperately need, a brother whom you never spoken to."
Jordan sorted out all of the instructions Riley had told him, and all of those leave him clues that gave him information of the person whom he'll meet and as soon as all the pieces are put together, Jordan realized who it is.
"Cedric."
Riley felt uncomfortable as Jordan found out, though with his courage she nodded at him whilst saying "Yeah... he knows who you are, and he knows you'll be going up that mountain."
Looking up at the mountain peak Jordan took two deep breaths and makes a step with his right foot, but before he goes Riley holds his wrist thus stopping him
"Don't keep him waiting for too long." She warned "or you will know what happens when he loses his patience."
"I know." Said Jordan.
Riley shook Jordan's hand before the time has come for him to go, but before he left, he took one time to look back and ask him one question
"Will You be there waiting?" and Riley answered
"It depends, but I always will, for Carla"
Then Jordan smiled at Riley and looked straight up to the mountain and zooms like the flash.
Oliver returned to Riley who is watching Jordan as he goes up the mountain, while staring at the mountain top Oliver said to her "He'll be okay."
"I know." Riley replied back as a tear rolled down her cheek. Oliver turned his head to his saddened friend, he warmly smiled, as he said to her. "Hey, the kid's all grown up now. As every guide its best we let them go. I hope he does the same for Glen."
Little did Jordan know that by climbing up the mountain he had just met a stranger climbing beside him. He wears a black hoodie, and has shaggy hair, and his eyes are blue, Jordan noticed right away as he saw this stranger climbing up the mountain.
"Took you long enough" he said to him.
While Jordan and Cedric climbed up the mountain, The brothers helped one another as they journey to the highest peak. Then on that cold night Jordan started to talk
"I can't believe my eyes!" Jordan wowed "You're Cedric, but I thought you died."
When all the sudden, the rocks tumbled and Jordan begins to fall but he stopped, first he looked down then looked up at Cedric who pulls Jordan up to the top and said to him "I did." "But I came here because of you." Jordan was too shocked
Cedric appears to be very nice to Jordan the first time they met, "Come on." He replied nicely "No time to waste." After Jordan had climbed up the mountain Cedric pulled him up again and asked him to follow him, while doing so Jordan can hear the mists that were calling to his ears, the voices calling to him, the screams of people crying as well. It's louder than it before, and it hurts him way worse than ever. Cedric stopped for a while and looked back; he is worried to see Jordan on his knees moaning as the whispers in his head kept getting louder by the second.
Eventually the whispers turned into screams and then into loud voices, this caused him to scream loud as the pain grows even more, sooner or later he looks up and sees Black Heart standing right in front of him. His smile brings chills down Jordan's spine, implying how much he really enjoys tormenting him.
