You watched as Mr. Min grabbed his briefcase and fixed his tie in the mirror all while trying your best not to show any emotions on your face.

It was the first time in days that Mr. Min was leaving the house without you. He told you that he had to go down to the court and talk to Mrs. Nala about something.

He didn't tell you what it was about, but you had a good feeling that it was about you.

You haven't been to school in almost three months, no one has been able to contact your parents, and Mr. Min hasn't been turning in his weekly reports about you.

You wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Min was called down because he was getting fired.

"Now, Y/N, remember what I said. Don't try to escape, and don't try to go downstairs to meet with that Starr girl," He spoke. "If I catch you, I will kill Starr, then go kill that ex-girlfriend of yours. Do you understand?" He asked.

You simply nodded your head yes then asked him when he was coming back. "

"I don't know, sweetheart, but I'll try to be back as early as I can." He smiled. "I know you're going to miss me".

You gave him a fake smile, then watched as he walked out of the room.

You let out a quiet sequel and laugh, this was your only chance to escape, and you couldn't mess it up.

You were tired of living with this creep and murder. You sat there on the bed waiting to hear the front door slam close.

When it finally did, you immediately brought your leg up onto your lap and started to mess with the metal chain that was around your ankle.

As you tugged on the chain you could hear Starrs screams from in the basket. 

"Don't worry, Starr, I'm coming," You mumbled.

After some time passed you successfully got your foot through the chain. You stood up and stumbled downstairs towards the basement, making sure to stop by the kitchen and grab a knife just in case something happened.

While getting closer to the basement, you could hear Starr cry. You felt bad for her; she was so nice and caring,g and no,w because of you, she was stuck in a dirty basement with her life on the line.

Since being in Mr. Min's grasp you think about the days Mr. Min wasn't in your life.

You were mean and cruel to your parents, your friends, and your girlfriend.

If you were just a good person none of this would've happened.

Mr. Min wouldn't have been introduced to you, Jada still would've been in school, which meant you wouldn't have met Starr, You and Eun-Ji would have a better relationship, and you and Eun-Ju would have a better friendship.

If you were a good person your parents would still be alive.

You shook your head to get rid of any distractions and made you towards the basement.  You open the door slowly and then walk downstairs, making sure you go as slowly as you can to not startle Starr.
