Mark thought that information about Donghyuck was useful to share with his brothers. He called them to meet to which they agreed. There was never a time when they disagreed. They saw each other rarely, so each summons was exciting.

It was late at night when Mark came out of his house, locked his door, looked around and once he knew nobody looked at him, he kneeled behind the fence. There he turned into a bat and moving his little wings, he went up to the sky.

It took him thirty minutes to find the place where the vampires decided to meet. They all flew from different parts of the city, therefore, the meetup place was in the middle. It was the best choice as they still needed time to get back. Despite being creatures who never slept, they still lacked time. It was impossible to do everything in time even for vampires.

Mark landed on the mall roof. Narrowing his eyes, he saw another bat sitting on the edge, legs down, ears turning at each sound. Since normal bats wouldn't do anything like this, Mark knew it had to be one of his brothers.

Walking or more like hopping to the edge, Mark tilted his fluffy head and sniffed the air.

"It's me," Taeyong's voice from the bat.

"Really? You look different."

"Mark, just don't. I know that you never recognize us when we're bats."

"Okay, you got me," Mark laughed.

"For your information, I'm a handsome big brown bat and you're a little brown bat."

"Still doesn't help."

"Hi!" Jeno yelled, passing by. Mark was startled by his brother. Feeling embarrassed, although nobody was looking at them, he slouched his little bat back and let his ears down which made Taeyong laugh.

Jeno looked too excited in his bat form. He was flying above the roof in at least three circles, diving gracefully between the trees, and only after a bit more, did he land between his brothers.

"You look energetic," Mark pointed out. "Did you feed before coming?"

"Yeah," Jeno nodded his hairy head. "As always, Jaemin had his window open, so before I got here, I went into his room and bit his calve."

"You bite calves?" Taeyong side-eyed the youngest.

"His blanket didn't cover it..."

"It's nice to see you guys," Mark said lowering his head. "I missed you."

"Of course. We haven't seen each other for a while," Taeyong agreed, nodding. "How's life?"

They talked a little about their jobs and lifestyle. Mark almost forgot the actual reason he gathered them here. He cleared his throat and went to the point only when the silence fell.

"Actually... I have something interesting to share."

Both baths whipped their heads to Mark. It was kind of cute but also scary as hell.

"Go on," Taeyong gestured with his wing.

"There's this one human that I found. The very first time I tasted his blood, it was very delicious. I tried it for the second time, and it was the same. Other people... They don't taste like him."

"How does his blood taste like? Describe," said the oldest.

"It's very sweet and maybe even watery."

"Maybe he has diabetes or just does cocaine."

There were a few seconds of silence. Taeyong sighed. It seemed like the young vampires didn't find him funny at times.

"You have to find out his blood type," Jeno said, his big bat eyes sparkling. "Maybe he's AB-type like Jaemin. This type of blood is rare therefore it's always special."
