Chapter Four

We turned and saw our two Moms stood in the doorway watching.

"That was so good guys." My Mom said.

"Thanks." Paige said breathlessly.

"Chloe can I speak to you for a minute?" My Mom asked. I didn't really want to speak to her at the moment, I just wanted to go home and get into my bed and go to sleep. And I told her just that.

I also wanted to avoid talking to her because I know what she wanted to talk to me about. Josh and My Dad.

"Okay, do you want to go home now? I'll go talk to Abby." She asked.

"No I'm going to stay and keep dancing we only have a few days before the competition, my competitions are limited at the minute, so I want to do as much dancing as I can before I can't dance anymore." She nodded.

"Well, you three were amazing, I think you could win this competition." Kelly said as she dragged my Mom out of the room and down the hall.

"Should we do it once more?"I asked. They both agreed but before we could start, the door flew open.

"Chloe can I speak to you?"

"Josh?" Paige asked, confusion written all over her face.

"Yeah, I need to speak to Chloe it's really important." He said, looking into my eyes.

"What's so important you can't say it here?" Paige asked. I could sense she was onto the real secret, she was suspicious and I knew that she had a hunch on what was going on.

She just wanted me to tell her.

"I need to talk to her about... Your birthday." He lied.

"Oh Okay." She said and I looked at him in disbelieve and followed him out the door I can't believe she brought that.

"What?" I said with a hint of attitude.

"I know you said after dance but I couldn't

wait. I just want to know what you're gonna do with this baby." He said.

I didn't understand why he wanted to know it's not like he'd being the baby's life anyway. He's probably get another girlfriend and forget all about this baby.
