"Ofey, I needed more space," Olivine said to her sister, whose head is busy looking at the screen placed on her lap with her pen on her left hand.

Dragging and writing notes on it, not even looking at her sister standing there. Wanting and seeking to have a proper conversation, she had a few printed papers in her hand.

"Ofey," she said in frustration.

"What are you going to be now as an astronaut?" She said, taking a death glare.

"What, I don't understand, and what does it mean?" Olivine replied still in her frustration over the idea.

"Astronauts live in space, and you said you needed more space," said Ofelia with her stoic face, deeply poking and teasing her sister as she pleased.

No matter how serious she can be, she still managed to stooped down to her sister's level of thinking. Olivine left the room defeated, like a sister as she is towards Ofelia. Turning her back, Ofelia rolled her eyes with a smirk, shaking her head in amusement.

Lunch has begun; it's a half past one o'clock, and the sun started gleaming at the front glass at the Gallery's.

A warm and tiring weekend afternoon, everyone is excited to go home. A gentle knock came from outside of Ofelia's wooden door office; she looked up, checking towards who caught her attention.

"Come in," she said, waving her hand.

Watching Katarina peek, as always, her office doesn't have many things. Only a desk and two chairs, with one painting on the wall. a little table with two chairs near the glass walls, seeing a mini garden outside. A partial glass roof top is in it. Any movements will have an echo effect that reverberates the entire room as it sounds.

Katarina closed the door behind her, walked towards her desk, and placed the papers in front of her.

"What is it?" She said, looking at her.

"An extended lease contract, miss?" Katarina said, laying those papers in front, clasping both hands, waiting for her response.

"A what now? Olivia dropped her pen in confusion, taking a look at the said paper.

"an extended lease contract? "Ofelia repeated reading the paper.

"From who?" she asked, looking up. She immediately surprised, wondering what's the change.

"Uhm... Miss from Oliv asked me to present this for you," Katarina replied.

"And she wanted you to sign an extension for the lease contract for her, and she asked me to approach you, and also she's asking for a signature for approval," she continues.

"Hold on a second." Ofelia took a pen, pointing.

"She wanted me to sign for the extension of a lease contract at the Collectors Gallery occupancy up to the rooftop!?" Ofelia, in stunned reading the details, not on her expectations of her sister, insisted.

"What does she want to do now? She can't drown her sorrows over the alcohol, and here we are now; she wants to try to jump off the building!?" Ofelia came furious.
