"Oh hello..." Sin greeted with a smile.

"Hi and good evening Miss Barlowe" Olivine with her polite gestures.

Maddison stood beside her. In the gardens, the plants trimmed carefully designed and formed mini archways.

"Here, and I'm so sorry for being late," Olivine said offering the bottle of wine and bowing lightly to Sin.

Olivine didn't even take a glance at Maddison. Sin shook hands on her and Katarina's, but Olivine insisted on Maddison's. Katarina shakes hands with Sin and Maddison. Giving the impression of whatever the f*ck it is, I'm here for it.

Olivine paused, seeing her gestures towards them. Like she didn't see it coming.

"It's all good come follow me; I am happy you are here." Sin led the way as they followed Sin and Maddison, who was only quiet except for throwing glances at everyone around. Olivine caught Sin smirking at her behavior as Sin and Maddison sat across the round table as soon as the reach. Olivine automatically pulled a chair for Katarina.

"I'm glad you two made it, despite your working tirelessly on this place. My deepest appreciation on the work ethics," Sin started the conversation. One male server came in and started placing those wine glasses in front of them and poured one by one those empty ones.

"Anyways, late for just a couple of minutes, or just doing something called a quickie on the back of the car," Sin tried to piss her off in front of her wife, but Olivine and Katarina were only looking at each other confused what she meant by it.

"Anyways, I got a wine as a peace offering, just a simple gift," Sin emphasized, looking at Maddison, who is cold and emotionless but staring directly towards Olivine's.

Katarina noticed it; the uneasiness felt on Olivine's side is way too obvious. She even pulled her tie to loosen up a bit.

"Let's have a dinner, Miss Ferguson, Miss Katarina," Sin said in front of everyone. The servers start bringing that food in front of them.

Katarina held Olivine's hand and pulled it and placed it on her lap slowly. But Olivine refused; instead, she made a formal gesture, placing both her hands on her lap where they should be.

"Please enjoy the dinner, Miss Katarina." Sin paid attention to her; she started giving the vibe of being anxious, noticing the slight commotion between the two under the table.

Olivine sat near Katarina on the huge round table made of wood, set up for dinner outside the mansion. Surrounded by a garden and some whose having flowers and the natural scent mixed in the air by night, as the night breeze blows a warmth not too cold but a comfort that kisses your skin and plays in a few strands of hair.

"Oliv..." Katarina calls her and starts paying attention to her.

Surprised, Madison stood up and pulled a chair for herself and sat on the other side of Olivine. Not doing anything or saying anything but observing Olivine. Like she missed her so much, but all she could do was stare at her.

"Women like us start from the bottom up, right, Oliv? As women as we are, do we? Miss Ferguson?" Sin smiled charmingly, holding her glass of wine.

Katarina pulled Olivine's coat beneath the table to ease her. She sees Olivine's eyes start to get cold and empty, and she didn't read her at all. Katarina's cue for her to do something, one thing Katarina stood up on her mind, moment she starts noticing the Ferguson sisters are to become calmer, the deadlier they become.

Katarina remembers the incident recently when she punched the poor guy on the press and mentioned her dead wife. Where in fact she isn't; very odd enough, they are sitting around the table and having a dinner with her. Who would have thought?
