Olivine stared at the paintings, from the handkerchief sketches she made on the yacht. This time she's not staring into the abyss. The sketches were all hanging on her studio wall. The sketches made six different types of images, and she placed them on the wall to dry the paint.
The other blank black canvas hasn't arrived yet to make a full paint on each sketch to add more volume and add a picture coming more alive on each image. That she collected from that handkerchief, the handkerchief was placed on a wall frame. She didn't have a chance to place it in the laundry, thinking the ink might fade. The cloth has blood in it from when she used to wipe the nosebleeds from the slap she had from Sinclair. Instead, she hung it on display in her studio.
"Congratulations, Oliv...for the successful event last night." Katarina appears from the back and gently hugs her.
"Thank you...it's because of your best efforts and your team. Everything works perfectly..." she complimented.
"And the event last night was trending, and once again you break the local media," she giggles.
"Why?"
"Because of Maddison, your ex-wife," she chuckled.
"Ah...about that...I don't pay attention to that, and I don't have any issues with her..." Olivine smirked.
"They got several highlights as well, specifically Ohanna showed up on the box. That image leaked, and no one is able to stop it," Katarina continues.
"Like you said last night, it's their job...and they make money from it..." Olivine on her opinion that Katarina made her think.
"So, are you done talking to your girls and your mother?" She asked Katarina, leaning her chin on her shoulders.
"How are they..." she asked. As she watches the paintings hang on the wall. On the third floor of the Gallery, Olivine made her a studio.
"My mother explained everything to my daughters. I thought they weren't aware all this time. As she fills the gaps and absence of what's going on between me and my late husband, Aiden," Katarina said.
"My mother gave me advice," she said, still hugging Olivine at the back. Sniffing her scent through her clothes, closing her eyes, and feeling the comfort she has from her.
"I am always here, just like you were for me, Katarina," she assured her.
"So, are you still going to live in the penthouse?" she asked.
"No, I'm not going to live there; I will live wherever you will live. I'll always stay by your side ..." She hugged her gently.
"From now on, I'll take full responsibility for both of you and Maddison and the baby...that includes resources that come from my own pocket," Olivine said, turning her body and facing her.
"Don't worry about me, and Maddison agreed that no matter what happens, we will have each other to go all the way, not leaving your side. No matter how big the fights and arguing are that we are going to face, we will still find each other's arms at the end of the day," Katarina explained, and those words hit Olivine deep to her core.
"I have a quite huge amount of money that Maddison gave, yet I still haven't touched a single cent of it," Katarina said.
"We can ask a professional consultant if you like, so it will give you any ideas on how you are going to do about that amount you had," she suggested, Katarina only listening.
