"How is she?" Maddison asked after she opened the hotel door for her. Maddison pulled her gently and hugged Katarina.

"She didn't say anything or speak to me, so I let her sleep instead," she replied with frustration.

"Come inside, let's talk...they're sleeping. Come follow me to the kitchen; let's have some tea."
Katarina watches Maddison, how sophisticated a woman she is. Preparing a tea is just easy, but the finesse she gave is admirable to watch.

"What are we going to do now..." she asked.

"I don't know, to be honest..." Katarina replied worried.

"Even if Olivine decides to bring us to her home, she is still not at peace knowing the blessings she asked for she couldn't have..." Maddison said.

"Me too, I couldn't stand the idea of it...we can't be happy if this will continue. Orianna wouldn't agree with Olivine..."

"I understand them both. By the way, how will you two get along when you two get married?" Katarina asked.

"Any regrets?" she asked.

"Yes, the time I leave her without a proper goodbye..." Maddison explained. Katarina nodded like she understood what she had been through.

"Is she romantic to you?" Katarina smiled, cupping her chin, interestingly listening.

"No, she isn't, but she is with you. I could tell... " Maddison noticed.

"She's more mature, Maddison, when I came into her life...quite distant. Always looking into the abyss...like they say spacing out most of the time"  Katarina pointed out.

"Staring at the paintings but her eyes weren't even looking at all"

"About the question you asked, Olivine was not very romantic that time..." she paused and took a sip of her tea.

"Because we were so young, and adding to that, she's a player, a huge red flag..." She smiled, shaking her head.

"She went to our house, asking for marriage. Of course, she had alcohol on her breath; everyone noticed in the dining room, and she asked for my hand from my adopted parents," Maddison recalls.

"Oh wow?"

"And with Sinclair's?" Katarina became more curious.

"Uh...that part is not easy..." Maddison added.

"What does she say?" Katarina came digging more.

"She said, What a disgrace, stepping foot in the house intoxicated with alcohol and asking for the hand of her parents, knowing they adopted me..." Maddison explained.

"Don't mention it...I can't bear the idea of her being hurt." Katarina stopped her.

"Sinclair and Olivine haven't had a good relationship since the beginning, considering she's a Ferguson; she despises them all," Maddison said, pouring warm water into the two cups and placing a tea bag in each.

"But why does she despise her?"

"Because of what happened to my parents and most aviation companies and their businesses that time, they went down," she recalls.

"Includes the business they have, and many times I broke them from a fight. She's a player, you know, and the Sinclairs have check marks being filled from Olivine's record, and most are red flags. She calls her a walking red flag," Maddison said, and she smirked. Katarina giggled.

"She changed...right?" Katarina asked.

"Yes...and Sinclair takes a step back, seeing how sincere she was with me."
