"Hey, are you okay?" Josh asked her while they were both busy checking those paints.
"Yes, I am okay Josh thanks for asking" Katarina bow her head down avoiding his gaze towards her.
"How'd the dinner go last night?" Josh is very much nosy about it.
"Don't hide; only Olivine makes you that way," Josh started.
"I slapped Olivine last night. I reacted when she stopped me leaving and pulled me closer towards her, hugging me in the bathroom. I felt she's been aggressive," she admitted.
"Well, duh... a hug is a common gesture," Josh came sassy on his actions.
"I mean yes, but..." Katarina paused.
"Katarina, I get what you meant, especially on your side; I totally get it..." Josh is doing a catchphrase on her.
A traumatic divorce, and she had no idea what the world had waiting for her afterwards.
"Well, tell me how you felt then," Josh asked whilst cleaning the several tools to be used.
"When she hugged me, I felt something like an exciting feeling and, at the same time, ashamed considering her ex-wife is there having dinner with us." She sounded confused and not knowing what she was supposed to feel.
"I think you should work through those feelings, Katarina. I'm here, willing to listen; we have lots of time in here to have a conversation," he said, smiling.
"What to do Josh..." Katarina held his arm.
"In my opinion, Miss Olivine is a sincere, honest, and caring person. Even if she puts a stoic façade on her face most of the time, that woman has a soft heart. You couldn't go wrong with that," Josh said it clearly.
"She understands. I tried to understand how my world works; now it's all new to me, even if she supports me, but dealing with all of this is too much," she said, having trouble herself.
"Good morning, everyone. Coffee?" Olivine made her entrance, placing the four cups of coffee on the end part of the working table.
"Oh, good morning, and that's perfect! I'll take two, me and Kin," Josh excited himself.
"Good morning, Miss Katarina," she said formally, teasing by bowing down.
"How's your hand? Let me see..." Katarina asked she took her hand when Olivine was complaining earlier. Olivine showed her to Katarina.
"Still sore, but I'll take my time no rush in it," Olivine said. Katarina took her hand and gently caressed it.
"It'll be fine... I asked Kevin for thicker gloves for you," Katarina placed beside the coffee. Olivine held her hand, tugging Katarina towards her.
"I'm sorry," she said.
"No, I mean — " Katarina said awkwardly.
"I would be considerate, Katarina," Olivine spoke softly this time.
"I appreciate everything, how you make me feel, Oliv, I really do," Katarina declare how she felt.
"If I make you uncomfortable, I'm so sorry. I should step back and create lines since we're here in the field; we're not in the office," Olivine said. Katarina held her arms taking attention.
"Don't stop expressing yourself to me; those gestures I don't feel threaten nor uncomfortable." Katarina took a step closer; she even wrapped her arms around Olivine's waist. Makes Olivine smell her hair, and she closes her eyes, enjoying the scent even it teases her senses.
