A single stroke line down after the special mixed paint poured into the rollers. Olivine noticed the effect of the paint reacted to the wood ceiling. She noticed it was sprayed with white paint all over the place. It's like someone put a bomb connected to the gallons of white paint and made it explode.
It's closest to a hospital atmosphere; all are white, except there's huge windows and high ceilings like goth church designs. A huge round window on the front wall of the house, minus the porches in it.
Olivine noticed the scaffoldings made of metal and wood; they make a board walk with stairs on the sides. Paying more attention, it has tiny wheels in it. Movable scaffolding, seeing cables around attached to the ceiling for some reasons. She wondered what that was for and planned to ask Josh and Kin if they arrived. But it seemed she knew; they were already there at the place a day before.
Seeing a large, lighted chandelier on the wide ceiling with still cables and wires attached to its ceiling, there are a few rainbows created as the lights reflect. Created a spark on Olivine's heart watching the beauty of it. Observing around, assuming someone had to rappel on a rope with those heights. Olivine stood there looking up, observing Josh and Kin's work. A table full of different paints and a machine that will be used on sprays.
Several tools were placed on the side, as she instructed and discussed with them to be placed in the area.
"Oliv..." Katarina held her hand.
"Hmm?" she looked at her standing on her side.
"Are you afraid of heights?" she asked, hugging her right arm and smiling.
"Not really," she said and looked up again.
"Here, take a look at the portfolios of what Miss Sinclair liked." Katarina managed to show the screens pinching and dragging to look closer.
"Josh emailed me," she added.
"So this one is assuming we're in the middle of the forest and looking up above there's this stars and the Chandler is a moon," Olivine dragged, zooming out the image.
"Yes," Katarina replied.
"Here, take this one," she showed.
"Oh, the painting are glowing with the pin lights ceiling attached on each corner," Olivine said, looking on each side of the beem.
"She's a pilot, Oliv; of course she sees differently up there." Katarina sounded like she admired her already. Olivine stepped away from her, and Katarina smiled, teasing at her.
Olivine noticed the smile on her face, stepping back towards her.
"Can I hold your wrist?" She asked Katarina.
The smile on Olivine's lips never leaves, and she responded with a nod. She held her both hands above, pinned above her head on the wall where they stood using only one hand, standing against the wall where they were closed to.
"If you admire other women, just don't let me hear of it, please?" Olivine pleaded with a smiled whisper in her ear. Releasing warm breath, near on her ear, pressing her body against the wall putting pressure down on her torso, and using her body weight towards her.
"I tried to behave as much as I can, Katarina, and please don't tease me this way. I know myself well, if I do something I won't stop till it's enough" Olivine whispering looked at her, biting her lower lip after she said those words while watching Katarina.
The redness on her cheeks can't hide from it. The effect of inhaling the sweet scent of Olivine's perfume mixed with the mint candy she chews in the car.
"If I nibble slowly in your ear, will you stop me?" she asked.
Observing her knees start to weaken, Olivine pressed her body next to hers, sniffing her hair down to her collarbone. Gliding her both arms to the side, holding her both arms, to hold her still.
"Oliv...O..Oliv..." Katarina calls her name, she starts to gasp air with heavy breaths. Olivine stopped herself, looking at her smiling and watching the effect she made for her.
"Don't play games; I can't handle it," she complained.
Olivine stepped away from her, holding the mini screens and taking more steps away from her. Swiping to check and see more of the images. A sudden hug from the back she received from Katarina.
"Don't do that again," Katarina said.
"Don't tease me," she replied, smiling. Witnessing Katarina's, her soul went to the other dimension.
"I've never been touched by a woman, Oliv; don't do that again," she complained.
"Then behave yourself." Olivine smiled, closing her eyes and taking deep breaths, gritting her teeth and holding herself back, considering she got turned on by her. Her scent made her feel something between. Opening her eyes, she felt Katarina glide her arms, hugging her from the back tightly.
"I wanted to try Oliv, but I can't," she said as Olivine slid the mini screens she held on the side pocket of the trolley.
"Katarina..." said facing her.
"Look at me." She demanded Katarina followed.
"What is it, Oliv?" she asked.
"Can I be part of your inner battle?" she said, looking away and looking back at her, holding both of her arms.
Katarina's phone vibrates, interrupted suddenly, and the moment has shifted. Katarina got confused looking at Olivines. Her mother's name appears on the screen, looking at it in strange ways.
"Uh? Hello, mom?" She answered, waiting for her to speak.
"Katarina, I'm sorry to disturb, but I got something to tell; it's important. Please be calm, okay?" Olivine almost heard the person talking on the phone.
"Does something happen to the kids, mom!?" She asked almost panic Olivine held her wrist.
"It's Aiden," she said they both paused.
"Aiden got killed in prison; he ran into a fight, and he got stabbed with a knife with his prison mates inside. They only played basketball when it happened," her mother said the details.
"Hello, Katarina?" Her mother asked.
"Yes, mom, I heard I need to go. Please take care and the kids. Thank you." Olivine took the phone away from Katarina's hand and gently hugged her. Guiding her head towards her shoulder for comfort.
"I'm so sorry," Olivine paused.
"Don't, Oliv" said firmly.
"That man ruined me," she said, forming a fist on her.
"I'm here, okay...?I'm here." Comforting words for her, Olivine closes her eyes, and kissing her head.
Letting Katarina take the moment, Olivine felt a deep sighed as she filled her lungs with air and released in a full breath as she was hugging her. She felt her hands gliding on Olivine's chest down to her waist; she knew she was checking on her again.
Olivine knew that every time she did that, it served her as a reminder that she's not with a man. Attempts to hold her hands stopping her.
"It's me, Katarina...don't be scared," she said, caressing her back.
"Can I ask?" She paused.
"Can I be part of your inner battle?" Olivine asking her again. Katarina looked at her, studying what that meant for her.
"Can I?" she asked again.
"I can't answer that question, Oliv," she replied, hugging her back and placing her head on Olivine's chest as she always does.
