Chapter 7-teasing all around

A few days passed and Reena was finally settling down in KGF. She was also still secretly collecting information about KGF to give to the CBI. Reena was busy in the garden when she could hear some people seriously discussing something.

"I cant believe Bhai has kept Vanaram alive, i wonder if he can still be trusted" someone said and that caught Reena's attention. she thought Rocky would've killed Vanaram along with Virat but she was wrong. 

Without wasting any time she ran up to Rocky's room trying to find him. Lucky she caught him just before he was about to leave to the mines.

"What's wrong Chinna, any problem?" he asked and Reena just looked at Rocky as if he grew a third head.

"Are you crazy, nivu yake Vanaram annu jivantavagi biduttiddiri?" Reena asked confused by his decision but Rocky just smirked.

(Are you crazy, why did you leave Vanaram alive?)

"He has been here since KGF was created, he know this place better than anyone. He doesn't care about who's in charge, more about the place. If i have KGF's best intentions i know he will be loyal. So i left him alive" Rocky simply said and Reena sighed, seeing his point. 

She didn't think of it that way. She was confused as to why Rocky would keep someone so close to Garuda still alive but only now realised that his loyalty only lies with KGF not any emperor. 

"Hegadaru nivu yake tumba kalaji vahisuttiri?" Rocky questioned and Reena scowled.

(Anyways why are you so concerned?)

"I'm still a citizen of KGF. These are my people as well and I'm concerned for their safety and well being" she said and Rocky smiled proudly at her dedication towards the people of KGF.

"This is why people say, the queen is always as great as the king" Rocky teased referring to her as his queen. Reena smirked nodding to herself.

"Ha but the king isn't up to this queens standards" she gave him a mock smile and walked off leaving Rocky as dazed as he always is after seeing Reena.

Reena was sitting in her room busy looking through some files but she couldn't concentrate over the heavy sounds. She sighed, closing her door and trying again to focus but she simply couldn't. 

Annoyed, she walked out and tried to find where the noise is coming from. She saw a group of little kids playing by the staircase. She watched them bicker and fight over something as she stood at the top of the staircase with her arms crossed over her chest.

"Naanu Rocky... illa naanu Rocky" They all argued with each other and Reena rolled her eyes at how much they were praising Rocky.

( I'm like Rocky, no I'm like Rocky)

"HEY" Reena shouted causing all the kids to turn their heads toward her direction.

"Ellru nimdhu, yaavuth nodthiru Rocky.. Rocky... Rocky ankondhu. Hogilu akkadhe" Reena barked causing all their heads to turn to her direction. Reena frowned as they all stared plainly at her.

(What is this, always chanting Rocky...Rocky...Rocky. get lost from here) 

The kids gazed at her before bursting out laughing. Reena's face twitched in confusion. They all gathered closely and walked up the staircase to Reena. 

"Ehh, vasta banthidarala, athaan yenu gothilla" one of the little boys teased and Reena turned her head slightly, confused by his comment.

(Ohh, she is new here right. That is why she doesn't know anything)
