Chapter 34-Raids

Rocky and Reena were in the living room, busy catching up on some TV when the phone rang. Rocky groaned internally, sighing.

"This stupid CBI is always disturbing my time with my wife" Rocky complained and Reena lightly chuckled, ruffling his head as she stood up, walking over to the receiver.

"Hello Raghavan sir, how can i help you?" Reena asked politely, tapping her feet on the ground.

"Hi Reena, we got some information that Rocky hides some of his gold in the jewellery outlets in Bangalore. We are planning to do a raid this afternoon, if its possible, could you inform us if Rocky leaves KGF" Raghavan sir asked and Reena sighed, glancing over at Rocky then back at the phone.

"Sure sir, ill do just that thank you" Reena said and hung up the phone. She ran a hand through her hair and walked over to Rocky, leaning her head against his shoulder.

"The CBI makes your job too easy. Their planning a raid tonight at our Bangalore outlet. Tell our men to clear everything before then" Reena said and Rocky nodded.

CBI office Bangalore

Raghavan and his team where nervously preparing for their raid. They had gotten information that Rocky was smuggling gold in the jewellery outlets in Bangalore so they have a police team conducting a raid.

Reena hadn't called them back which meant that Rocky was still in KGF and it was safe to conduct the raid.

They sent the police in and waited in their car as they conducted the search. Minutes anxiously passed but there was no news.

Raghavan called into the radio but there was only silence. Determined, he tried one more time when someone finally responded.

"Ashok can you hear me. What is happening?" Raghavan asked anxiously.

"Sir there is no gold here" the officer said and Raghavan slammed the seat in frustration.

They spent days meticulously planning out this raid, knowing the gold was there and hoping to catch Rocky in his act but they failed.

However this wasn't going to stop this. Especially after the prime ministers order, they were more than determined to take Rocky down.

Reena just got off the phone with the CBI and ran to Rocky's office to tell him the news. Rocky was busy in his files and his eyes momentarily flickered up from his thick stack of papers to look at her then back at his work.

He hummed, signalling her to speak and Reena was practically jumping in her seat. "The raid was a failure, they didn't find anything, not a single bit" she said happily and Rocky had a small smile on his face.

"I knew they wouldn't get anything, how could they when i have my sexy CBI wife telling me all their plans" he joked and Reena rolled her eyes.

"Yeah but they aren't giving up until they find something. I'm thinking i might go to the office today to get the dates of all the raids their planning. But one thing Rocky boy, they are determined to take you down. Be careful" she said and he nodded half heartedly and Reena sighed, shaking her head before leaving.

Reena went to her office that day and did end up getting the dates that they planned for the raids. When she returned, she made a plan with all the boys about how they were going to their stock around from place to place, in order to avoid the raid.

They finally conducted a plan and day by day, a new raid was happening in a new location. So far they managed to move the stock around but today they were almost caught.
